MY CAR NEEDED THE RADIATER FLUSHED & I DROVE IT TO AUTO CARE IN HAZEL GREEN
ALABAMA TO GET THE RADIATOR FLUSHED ,WHICH THEY DID & THEN THE OWNER TOLD Me THAT I NEEDED MORE WORK DONe,WHICH COST ME DOLLARS, I STILL COULDNT DRIVE AFTER THAT, NOW ,THE INFO LIGHTS WERE ALL MESSED UP.EVEN THE THEFT SYSTEM LIGHTS COME ON & IT WONT CRANK,I HAD NEVER HAD A PROBLON WITH STARTING IT ,EXCEPT ,ONE TIME WAY BACK, I HAD ACCIDENTELY LEFT THE LIGHTS ON & HAD TO GET THE BATTERY BUILT BACK UP,

I have had my vehicle worked on a few times at Auto Care Plus. One time while my husband was away on business my car started making a terrible noise. I took it up to Auto Care immediately, and the owner Joey offered to drive me home because I had no other way there. They fixed it very quickly and looked over it to make sure we had no other issues. Another time I had my oil changed at a different shop and some very serious damage occurred to my vehicle at the other shops hands. Joey and his technicians did a great job by not only repairing my vehicle quickly but with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to use them for years to come.

Our grandmother died the day before we were supposed to leave for vacation, and I called antler log cabins to ask if I could reschedule or cancel my vacation and they refused. I even sent the owner Mary a copy of the obituary, she adamantly refused. I asked her if there was anything that I could do to resolve this situation and she said, "yes you can come to the cabin on Sunday and check in like nothing happened." I said "am I supposed to choose going on vacation over going to my grandmother's funeral? !" And SHE hung up on ME.
