Mr [redacted] went to our dealership located at [redacted] Rd to purchase a vehicle, he picked out a car that he liked we sent his information to the bank for approval to finance the vehicle on a Friday, he got approved for the vehicle with $as a down payment we didn't have time for Mr [redacted] to get the loan the same day so he paid his down payment to us and we let him take the vehicle for the weekend with the agreement that he would come back Monday morning and go to the bank and get the loan and pay for the carMonday morning Mr [redacted] came into the dealership and said he wasn't going to buy the car anymoreWe asked him why and he said that carfax showed the vehicle as a total loss we gave him a carfax on the vehicle and that was not the caseAfter many tries of trying to find Mr [redacted] another vehicle or make him a happy customer we have decided to cut Mr [redacted] a check for the full amount of his down payment to be refunded back to him in the amount of $the check is at our [redacted] Rd location he can pick it up Monday thru Friday 9-If we can be of any further assistance please let us know
