This customer did schedule a drop off, but when she came in to drop it off did not check in with the service department or notify anyone that she was dropping the trailer off for workWe regarded it as a no-call no-show and scheduled other
customers to fill our available appointmentsWhen she called three weeks later for a status update we informed her that we had no record of her dropping off or work order created, as she did not check in with the service department or have a work order createdWe informed her that we could make a work order and have a preliminary inspection of her issues created that day, but that our shop was 6-weeks (NOT as alleged) out on service, and that she would likely have to wait that length of time for the work to be completedShe was also informed that as long as the work order was created before the expiration of her warranty the warrantable issues would still get coveredIn the preliminary inspection we found no warrantable issues, all of her complaints were either routine maintenance issues that are not covered under the warranty or we were unable to find the problem she stated that she was havingWhen we informed the customer that we were not able to find the issues that she brought it in for she accused us of calling her a liar, stated that she would pick the unit up and take it to a different service center, and not to create a work orderWe regard this issue to be resolvedIf she would like to bring the unit back to have a work order created we would be more than happy to do that, but we cannot reschedule our customers who did follow the procedure and had work orders created, we cannot perform work that is not covered by the warranty at no charge, and we cannot fix problems that we are unable to duplicate
