In February of 2014, I bought a 2005 [redacted] car from Kings Mazda. In Late March the engine lights came on and I decided to go get it checked by the [redacted] dealership to see what was wrong. The car had issues with the engine but I was told by the [redacted] dealer that this problem could not have started since I had this car. I was told to ask Kings Mazda if they had a power train warranty that could help me cover some of the cost. When I called Mazda they told me since this was a as is purchase there is nothing they could do for me to help me. The cost of the car initially was $10,000 and the cost of the car was initially $3400 which then went up to $7400 after they found other issues wiht the engine. I went to Mazda personally to speak with one of the managers there who also told me that they were sorry that this has happened but that there is nothing they can do.

Today, I was informed by the person who sold me the car, [redacted] that both the General Manager [redacted] and another sales manager [redacted] knew that this car was going to have problems and sold me the car anyway. I paid cash for this car and now I have to come out of pocket $7400 more to pay for repairs. It has been three weeks since this car has been with [redacted] and they still have the car till this day. I think that this dealership is quite unscroupulous and I would greatly appreciate some help in this matter to have them help me off set some of this cost. I would really like to take the car back but I dont think that is an option at this point. I am in the hole $17,000 for a car that I just bought less tham three months ago.

The dealership is very unwilling to help in this matter even after speaking with the [redacted] dealer about the problems the car had. I am at my wits end about this and would greatly appreciate some help in this matter.
