We sold the vehicle AS/IS and have a signed buyers order stating so We were notified by the customers immediately about an issue that we were addressing under good faith From my understanding it was handled and I did not hear anything until recently We are currently in contact with customer and the mechanic that they have it at, to come up with a solution

She was allowed to leave the lot because she stated that her Drivetime loan was a total loss and being paid in full. The actual truth of the matter at the time was that she hadn’t even gotten an appraisal on her previous auto loan at the time she purchased the vehicle. We informed miss
*** that the drivetime loan would have to be proved that it was being paid in full by insurance and then Gap. She kept pushing us off and the answers we were given is that she was still waiting for the insurance companies. So to limit the amount that miss *** would owe (based on the bailment contract that she read, signed, and was explained. It states that if the bank decides they can not fund this loan and we have to get the car back there is a $per day rental charge and $recleaning fee.) for the rental time of the car we picked it up, because we did not have a cashable contract based on the information she was able to provide
