I have been making payments to this company and can never receive a correct statement of my account.....The statement has several different balances in which to confuse the customerWhenever I call or go to their office and ask to speak with someone other than the front desk clerk...I am told that the person I need to resolve it is not thereI finally started emailing a Sharon T*** who is suppose to be the community manager for my developmentI recently emailed her to see why I was being charged late fees on my assessment account when I was not late...to make a long story short she accused me of not making my payments and not making them on time..when I tried explaining that I was indeed current.....she did not want to hear me and said that she would apply the payment for Dec that I had just made to my November assessmentsTheir accounting method is flawed at best....The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and is not trying to find out....she finally sent an em

To Whom It May Concern,This is truly an unfortunatesituation.. Unfortunately it is easy to make assumptions withouthaving all the facts. The facts of this situation are: The customer bought the 1999 [redacted] in “AS IS-NO WARRANTY condition on 01-14-2015. ...

He drove his vehicle 2800 miles over a 3 week period when he first reported an issue with it and brought it back to us for a mechanic to inspect. At that time, we had his vehicle inspected by a mechanic and it was determined that the engine had blown. We then replaced the engine at no cost to the customer. The customer picked up his vehicle on Friday, 03-13-2015 and the following Monday morning reported that the “check engine” light had come on. Immediately we responded and told him to stop driving the vehicle and bring it to be reinspect. The customer chose to continue using his vehicle for the rest of the week and then reported to us the following Sunday that it was losing power. Upon inspection of his vehicle it was determined that a sensor had gone bad and had his vehicle been brought in immediately as we had asked, the damage could have been prevented.Although this is an unfortunatecircumstance for everyone involved, the customer is fully responsiblefor the new damage to his vehicle. With that said, we have tried toreach out to the customer to come to some sort of resolution eventhough we are not under any obligation to do so but have been metwith nothing but resistance. We are a small, family-owned andoperated business that has been in this community for a long time andcare deeply about our customers no matter what their background orcircumstance is. Review: I bought an RV from them and we had in the contract some repairs that needed to be completed as part of the sale (like replacing the windshield). After 2 months they still haven't completed the repairs. Luckily I withheld some of the money until they complete the work and so we decided to just call it even and I would take care of the repairs. On top of that they are horrible about follow-up and communication. I call them a few times a week to see if they have ordered the glass and they almost never call me back. I usually have to go down there to find out what is going on. Also, half (possibly) all the staff is high, I walked into the office on one of them rolling a joint and when the mechanic was showing me some of the work he had completed he wreaked of pot. In addition, I purchased the RV in mid-May, it is not mid-October and I still have not received the title or registration. I call him weekly and he always has some excuse as to why it is not his fault or how he should have it any day. One time he told me it just showed up and will be getting processed, but a few weeks later when I followed up with him, he told me he was mistaken and didn't receive it. I am calling a lawyer tomorrow to see if there is any legal recourse I can take against him.I have copies of the sales contract/receipt and work that was to be performed. The RV was purchased on 5/21/2015. I have also filed a complaint (today) with the California Department of Consumer Affairs & the Attorney General.Desired Settlement: I'd like the title and registration to the RV immediately. Or I would like a refund of my money plus the cost of repairs/upgrades to the vehicle to date.

Review: I purchased a 1999 [redacted] on 1/14/2015 the engine failed on 2/8/2015The dealer agreed to repair the vehicle at no charge, well on 3/6/15 the dealer texted me its done and ready to go. When I went to pick up the vehicle on 3/13/15 the dealer wanted money for the repairs, after stating he would fix it, then said in order for me to get my vehicle I would need to give him $1000 toward the payoff. I have a signed contract for 6 months, this is the only way to get the suburban back, I called the police and nothing they can do, so I gave the dealer $1000. well upon driving away the check engine light is now on and the a/c doesn't work. so I called he stated bring it in when you can. well less then 500 miles and a recommendation from the dealers mechanic I change the oil and mass airflow sensor, well on 3/22/15 the second engine failed, the mechanic stated maybe the wiring to some sensors are bad. well 2 engines failed and the dealer won't fix my vehicle, or give my money back, I have exhausted all attempts to communicate with [redacted] the owner.Desired Settlement: I wanted a vehicle that was worthy, the dealer hasn't transferred registration yet I called the DMV 3/22/15. I want a new engine to be replaced at a ASE service center, The mechanic he has repaired my vehicle at a friends house, failing to check out all diagnostics before returning the vehicle to me, This has left me stranded 2 times for engine failure, This is a lemon sale. I gave so far $4633 so far and want my money back or fix the [redacted] via. a certified ** service center.

Review: On 8-29-15 I viewed a 1996 Aljo 5th wheel at Auto Central with [redacted] (dealer). After viewing I made an offer to [redacted]. I would pay him full asking without haggling about price if he would agree to the following:1.The advertised price of $7988.00 must include all fees, transfers, registration, taxes, delivery, set up including leveling, stabilizing, septic, electric, water. Repairs as agreed and listed below. Delivery would be scheduled within the next 4 days at [redacted]. I would be out of town working at a remote location and I would call him with details, time and contact information of person that would meet him to help and receive keys. Most likely Wednesday possibly Thursday at latest. Either I or the Park manager [redacted] would contact him by Tuesday to set exact date and time that works for all parties. Obvious leak previously under sink, check and repair the leak before delivery.Hook up to water, propane and electric check and disclose any issues or repairs I need to do as I would hire a professional RV repair to fix before delivery.Complete roof inspection with running water disclose any leaks or repairs as I would rather do prevention than repairAll 3 holding tanks must be emptied and cleaned by dealership before delivery; it must be delivered with clean working holding tanks. Both bedroom windows had issues with opening, I told him I would do that myself as I did not expect to nickel and dime him over wear and tear items on a 20 year old RVPower wash the entire outside of RVI gave him a deposit of $500.00 told him I would return the next day Sunday 8/30/15 to go over the RV again while it was connected to water, electric. I let [redacted] (dealer) set time for noon. I also explained that I was due at my remote job site that night and it was important to stay on scheduleUpon my return Sunday at noon we started walking through trailer, appliances on and running, propane on could not smell any leaks appeared working. Lights, AC, monitors, thermostat all good. Went to turn on faucet and he informed me he had it hooked up earlier and I was correct there is a small leak under sink. He had already called a man to come later and repair. I replied that would be good but it must be done before delivery. Walked over to holding tank area outside to inspect, he informed me he did not have a dump station on lot but before delivery he would take to dump station a clean all tanks and guarantee in good working orderIt was at this time I repeated my stipulations and confirmed that he was in agreement. I also re stated that when I came down off of the mountain Friday morning at approximately 8:00 AM I wanted to drive into park pick up keys and take a shower and fall asleep, I am paying your full asking price without any haggling to insure that you understand I work 60 hours a week in a very remote and rough environment. I do not want to hook up or level or stabilize anything it must be complete. If you cannot complete my request I will still purchase but we will need to renegotiate price and you will need to complete repairs no later than Tuesday afternoon and I will arrange for a different service to haul and complete set up in a ready for live in use. He assured me he would do all repairs and maintenance I requested and he had a man on staff that did his deliveries and was a professional truck driver very experienced at set up, leveling and stabilizing. We shook hands and I paid him the remaining balance $7488.00. I left him the park managers name and contact info in writing he also looked up the park online during our office time. He wanted to see exactly the delivery point. On Tuesday 09-02-15 the park manager called me with update. My Credit application was back and there were no issues, I stated I would call [redacted] at dealer lot and arrange a delivery time that was convenient then touch base with park manager to confirm. Park manager stated he had already contacted the dealer and the two of them arranged a time that suited both parties. It was mutually agreed that Thursday 09-04-15 between noon and 12:30PM would fit both parties schedules, park manager preferred Thursday so the park owner could be there to also provide any assistance in set up. I then called [redacted] at dealer to confirm all the details as I had been told. Both parties had the correct information and stated it was a convenient time.On Thursday 09-04-2015 at around 2:30-3:00 I received a call at my work location cell, it was park manager. He and park owner had been waiting since noon. [redacted] and trailer never arrived, they did not want to wake me as I work 6PM to 6 AM but they were concerned as they had tried [redacted]s cell and office phone several times and left messages yet no reply and no answer.I got up and began calling both [redacted]s cell and office phone every 5 minutes. I left several messages relating my concern and I had 2 men waiting since noon at delivery point to help if necessary. I reminded him of the confirmed time and that both men and I have tried calling the office and cell. I stated I was sending another friend down to his dealership lot to follow up. [redacted] finally answered his cell phone around 4:15. He stated he just got busy at auction and forgot about delivery his phone was on silent, he was on Hwy 80 and Sunrise Blvd and would pick up trailer and deliver immediately. [redacted] stated everything was ready to go. I told him I would call park manager with update he stated he had already spoken with [redacted] (park manager) before calling me. Not to worry when I arrived tomorrow I would just need to open door and take it easy.Upon ending call with [redacted] I called [redacted] at park to apologize one more time. I felt badly that 2 men waited all afternoon to help out of kindness and the dealer would not answer or return their call until 4 plus hours after the confirmed time. [redacted] park manager told me it would get handled that [redacted] just called and would be there at park between 5-5:30 but we both expected moDesired Settlement: Refund of $2400.00 in time and expense, and parts. The sewage Black water tank repair was a major issue and very nasty. It took almost 2 weeks of daily work on removal and cleaning. every day I or someone I hired would need to come and apply additives, fill with new water wait for an hour then gently work valve loose enough to drain softened sewage. usually an additional hour was required to work valve shut slowly due to particles. then flush with clean health hazard major nasty

Review: I bought a car from this dealership on April 4th,2015. I was informed that the registration was valid through August and that I would have to re-register it. The problem is that the registration apparently ran out in August of 2013. So, the car I bought was completely unregistered. On top of this, they never sent me the information I would need to register it myself. Additionally, they have yet to put the car legally under my name. I have waited six months for all of this information. On another note, this car has turned out to be extremely unsafe to drive, and I don't believe that it should have been sold in the first place. I want to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else, seeing as how this car could actually set itself on fire if I hadn't caught it in time!Desired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund on this car, as well as all out of pocket expenses reimbersed, including any attorney fees incurred.
