I have to say I was very impressed with this dealershipThey truly do pride themselves on being an independent dealership, with not only the best deals you can find around;but also the best employeesI have gone through a couple of dealerships before, having to deal with the stereotypical used car salesmanAt Auto Cheifs though, they were just honest, and relaxed enough to make you feel welcomedThe guys there were just great, and they made the process easy enough for someone like myself to get throughIf you have to buy used, or just want to check out their amazing inventory, give them a shot

Auto Chiefs Inctreated me with courtesy and fairly during our interactions in the purchase of a *** *** I have nothing but positive things to say about the organization

this complaint actually came as a surprise to us heremost of what mr[redacted] said was true in the beginning of the transactionwe WERE notified that he had a garnishment on his pay that we did not know about from the lender when we sent his deal in for fundingwe knew that his wife was in the
hospital and did not want to deliver bad news at that sensitive time so we waited till things settled down for him to let them know because we assumed that he had other things on his mind and didnt want to make things worse.when we did let him know we worked with him to get things taken care of to complete the loan the best we couldin response to us rerunning his credit without his permission is false!! we have a signed credit application and all we did was call the other lenders that looked at the deal (see [redacted] 1) to see if we could put it together and made calls up the chain at every bank we could to try and get this done for himas you can see in the [redacted] his name only appears once on the listif we reran it then his name would appear again? mr [redacted] told us he could rectify all of this with his human resources dept and we gave him more days (all still with our car in his possession) to get it all togetherjoey called a personal contact an got a HUGE favor for the bank to reconsider the loan (see [redacted] where it says "contract may NOT be resubmitted") and he was told the letter that mr [redacted] got will work only if they get a paystub to support that the garnishment was no longer being collected which was relayed to mr [redacted] and he then said he couldnt provide it for a few weeks? mr [redacted] then brought the car back to the dealership and we explained to him that we were almost there we just need one more piece of the puzzle to complete the loan and when he gets a new paystub we can have him come pick the car back up and well be good? mr [redacted] then became irate and told us "he didnt want our [redacted] car, [redacted] you guys etc" and caused a scene yelling cursing and carrying on and we still said we can help he then said "cancel my deal I dont want [redacted] from you guys" so as he wished joey called the bank (who said theyd wait for his docs) and told them mr [redacted] said hes no longer interested and his deal was cancelled? mr [redacted] then called weeks later and said "i have my new stub can I come pick up my car" oddly seeming like he forgot the way he talked to ALL the staff here and told us to forget everythingwe responded with the fact that we couldnt help him cause we told the bank he wasnt interested in the car or doing business with us because thats what HE expressed to usafter that all the sudden this complaint comes up? after all is said and done we tried to help this man and he was verbally abusive to the staff here when things didnt go his way because of things that are out of our control and 100% in hiswould he have not told us to cancel everything and cursed us out things probably would have been worked out to his favor unfortunately because of what he said how he acted and what he told us to do I cant help himid love to sell him a car and earn his business in the future but his deal cannot be resubmitted for daysafter that if hed like I can resubmit this deal and see if I can get it done any questions please feel free to call us anytime [redacted] thanks?
