vehicle. Mr*** purchased the vehicle on 2/2/with a month mile engine, transmission and powertrain warranty. Given this when his blower motor quit working Auto Choice repaired this at no cost to *** ***. At this time he asked us to look at the vehicle for a brake concern in which we did and the brakes are like new. On 5/30/he called me personally and complained about the brakes to me again and said the car would not start. I told him to bring the vehicle in and that I would personally ride with him to try to hear what he was complaining about. When he arrived, I rode with his girlfriend and applied the brakes at least times in which she agreed with me that there was no noise or brake issue. We then addressed the issue of a no start which we determined to be a battery at which time I informed him that it was out of warranty and there would be a charge to him at which time he started bad mouthing me to a customer in our service department. I then told him that I would be installing a battery in his vehicle even though he was out of warranty and that it was not a warranty item in first place, at no charge to him, and that I did not want him back in our service department expecting any more free service. The complaint that he has regarding the brakes is that they are making noise. We informed him that the pads are almost new and that they were on the vehicle when it was traded to us and they were possibly a cheaper pad that had been installed. There is no safety issue with them and if he would want to try to eliminate any squeal that he is hearing that he could try installing higher end pads but that that would at his expense. I believe that we have corrected everything that has been wrong with the vehicle at no cost to the customer even items outside of the warranty that we gave *** ***. He is more than welcome to take it to another mechanic and have them look at the brakes at his cost *** ***lAuto Choice Chevy Buick*** *** *** ***
