I purchased my first vehicle from this guys back in 2011, it was a cash purchase and everything when very smoothThey've been very upfront with the prices and maintenance history and I never had any problems with my carRecently I tradmy old car for an SUV due to our family expansion and again they made everything very easyI shopped many other dealerships including Carmax and some other big brand stores and none of them seemed to care about my business as this guysIf you need financing make sure ask for Stan, he makes unbelievable deals and I got better interest rate than even my credit union's approvalI love my new Audi Qand love Auto City!

Hello As we already mentioned we would like to stick to the terms of the sale and common sense in resolving these issuesWe may repeat ourselves by saying: Timing issueThe paperwork found in the glove box was readily available for the customer to look at before purchasing the vehicleWe kept all original records we had as we always do for our customersHowever, we did not inspect this paperwork and were not aware of any such information thus were not able to disclose it We do not believe that the vehicle has any issues with timingHowever, if it does, the customer has limited warranty and we are obligated to fulfill our obligations under the terms of the warrantyWe would suggest to bring the vehicle over to determine if there are any issues as opposed to assume that there are, simply because the factory warranty for engine timing just expiredWe already provided diagnostic time for the customer for the window issue and offered to replace the partIf the customer considers this a safety issue, we would strongly encourage to bring it over to get fixedRegards, Auto City Team

This is a great place to buy a carWe bought out GLK hereAll cars were clean, the selection is great and the sales staff is very friendlyI would strongly recommend this place

To begin, the variable valve timing issue is part of an extended warranty that could have been resolved free of chargeI would have gladly taken my time to utilize that if it had been brought to my attentionThe fact that auto city was not able to provide the paperwork is an issueThe car is loud when started cold, directly coinciding with what the extended warranty describesWhen looking at the car for purchase it had been driven to get fuel prior to my arrival so I was not able to hear the sound of it starting cold.Furthermore, the window motor is faulty electricalPinpointing time of failure is something I can't do however I know that the probability of the component of a year old car working properly for years then I purchase it and ten days go by and it fails is VERY slimIt is a safety issueThat is the window where my year old son sits and it is unsafe to potentially having an open window that can't be closed and for him to climb out.Ultimately all I ask is for autocity to assume financial responsibilities for these discrepancies

timing or timing chain were presentSecondly, the existence of a warranty for a certain component does not necessarily mean the component failureFinally, it is our job to tell our customers what we know about the car and we cannot present the facts that we do not knowWe did not know about the existence of such warranty for timing chain and did not pursue this problem because the car did not have any mechanical issues at the time of saleWe did not go through all the records in the glove box, nor did we discard them - making them available to the next ownerOur goal was never to hide the information from you or mislead youThe documents in the glove box were available to the customer prior to the sale and were there for his referenceTo propose a resolution for this matter I suggest the followingAs part of the sale, you have day limited power-train warranty for the car Timing chain and timing are part of that warrantyif you feel that you have a component failure, please bring the vehicle to us and we will address the problem according to the terms of the warranty providedWindow issueThe window was functioning well at the time of saleAbout days after the sale you stated that the window was not working and brought the vehicle to our location without prior appointmentRegardless of the fact we brought the vehicle in right away, inspected the problem and found a faulty motorUnfortunately electric components can fail at any time without prior symptomsThis electric component is not part of the warranty provided as part of the saleHowever, we offered our labor, free of charge as good will to the customer, if he wants to proceed to address the issue.
We believe that Auto City acted reasonably and ethically and is supporting all claims made and warranties providedThank you

I had a really bad experience here they had me running back and forth for two days telling me what paper work and information to bring themWhen I went back with the papers they asked for they said oh this is not going to workThey needed something with my current address on it I brought them my rental contract and pay stubs which what was they asked for and still they said they needed more info I wasted days with these people and ended up not getting the car would never refer anyone to this place.....They are not helpful or caringWill NEVER go here to buy a car in the future or recommended this place to anyoneThey tried to tell me the bank was closed at 5pm and they couldnt send in my papers I knew that was a lie because banks dont close that early and the day before I went in at 7ish and they ran my credit and the banks were openThis place is not helpful and get this ...after I post this yesterday on yelp they texted me asking me to take it down thats how far they will go to cover their butts Dont ever GO here

I purchased a lexus a month ago. I drove it about 350 miles when it flashed
MAINTENANCE NEEDED.
I had the maintenance attended to. AUTO CITY SALES should have seen to it that the car had the required MAINTENANCE before they accepted my money for the purchase. HOW CHEAP IS THAT. ITS NOT OK. imagine selling me a car that required immediate maintenance. They say they want a satisfied customer. What a false statement. Be very careful if and when you purchase a car from AUTO CITY SALES.
