Car was sent in for repairs in August of and I still have not received my car back On August 22, I purchased a car from Auto City [redacted] Ports., VA) , sales rep Ryan, I was told that the car needed a few repairs AC, door locks and needed a state inspection I agreed to buying because there were only minor problemsAfter purchasing I drove down the street and it started to make very loud sounds I spoke with Matt, sales manager, and he told me to bring the car back and they will fix the problem along with the other problems notedRyan took the keys for the Jeep and gave me a loaner car, Buick Century, which had multiple problems (windshield wipers were bad, car wouldn't start at times, oil change was needed and it kept making a very loud clicking noise and the car would try to cut off while I was driving)When I gave the keys to Ryan (for the Jeep) he gave me a slip of paper from the DMV which stated that the tags were registered to me and they were temporarily

I am truly sorry for your aunt's inconvenience and troubleAs far as her mental ability to purchase a car, we have no way of determining any one's mental stability when they walk into our show room if your aunt was to show up the very next day and tried to return the vehicle, there may have been a possibility to unwind the saleNo since there is a third party involved (lender), its not in my hands to unwind the sale There is no cooling off period in the state of ** It is on the sales contract Ms [redacted] has been into our dealer before and was not pressured to buy, she came again and decided to buy Please do not use words like force and took advantage..This is not what we do and our reviews are excellent I urge you to make your payments as responsible adults once again, I am truly sorry for any inconvenience

Auto City is not your typical dealership and that was my favorite part !!! I went to Auto City on Dec and purchased my chevy truck The first thing I loved was the fact that the dealership was very low pressure and gave me ample time with the truck without hovering over me , the next thing I loved was the fact that out the door I bought the truck AND an extended PWI warranty for less than retail value WOW!! I worked with Ryan who was up front , honest and professional and my truck is used but in decent shape and I love the valueTo all future shoppers please look no further and trust my word this is the dealership for you !!! Good job Auto City !!!

The day after I purchased a car, the lights on my dashboard indicated a major safety issueNo resolution has been made by the company weeks later I purchased my Ford Escape Hybrid from Auto City on 8/8/2017, paying [redacted] cashThe following day the dash lights came on for the Anti-Brake system and the brake lightOn 8/10/I took my vehicle to [redacted] to diagnose the issueI was told the HCU unit needed to replaced at a cost of at least [redacted] I called Auto City to speak with a manager***, the general manager told me to take the vehicle to their mechanic, [redacted] I took it there and they concluded that it was the same issue, the HCU unit needed to be replacedI then called [redacted] daily for several days and was advised from him that he was waiting for the estimate from [redacted] He said he would call me when he got the estimateOver a week went by and my mother called Auto City three days in a row to get an answer from [redacted] or any manager as

December 6,when I purchased the Volkswagen CC the check engine light been on since I purchased it and dealer claimed to fix it but did not
I've been taking the car back and forth to the dealership for more than a month and they claim they fix the problem but check engine light will not go off and now they tell me to take it to a shop and they will give me a company discount but I was told they will handle the check engine light for me

Auto City verbally negotiates car sales, but their written contracts state that they are not bound by any verbal agreementThey refuse to honor word

Auto City is not your typical dealership and that was my favorite part !!! I went to Auto City on Dec 3 2016 and purchased my chevy truck . The first thing I loved was the fact that the dealership was very low pressure and gave me ample time with the truck without hovering over me , the next thing I loved was the fact that out the door I bought the truck AND an extended PWI warranty for less than retail value WOW!! I worked with Ryan who was up front , honest and professional and my truck is used but in decent shape and I love the value. I am very pleased with Auto City's sales transaction, service, and fulfillment of whatever they agreed to do. It was a pleasant and hassle-free experience, in contrast to the bait-n-switch tactics, deception, and dishonesty of multiple Hampton Roads auto dealerships (new and used). I would definitely buy from them again.

I visited Auto City on dec 10 2016 and got a sweet Jeep , it was in decent shape for a used car but the price was AMAZING !!!! I literally paid trade in value for a retail sale ??? WOW !!! Awesome fun people!!! I joked with Kimmy and rusty and had a great time . The staff is honest and caring and offers a great value compared to big national dealers . Kimmy and Rusty thank you and I WILL BE BACK FOR ALL MY CARS
