First off I would like to apologize for any mis-communication on my or my shops part When the customer came to us this vehicle was not running and they said it needed a transmission They requested that we put in a trans and do a safety inspection; which we did What the customer or we didn't know was that at some point while the vehicle was broke down; and I'm not sure how long it sat in this broken state before it came to my shop, it developed some type of electrical problem, which there would be no way to know since the vehicle did not run After putting in the trans we discovered there was some electrical problem and told the customer that we would need more time to figure out this problem and they did not authorize further diagnosis I have talked to the customer about what we can do to work this out and we have decided to issue them a $store credit here to be used on future repairs and we are towing the vehicle back to their house at no charge to them
