this is *** ***The Auto Clinic has contacted me one time, and left me a voice mail stating they were not aware that my vehicle was still having issues around the beginning of this monthThey did not contact me until after they received a notice from youPrior to that I had no contact with them since late FebruaryOn or around the 22nd is the last time I had left them a message to figure out the issue with my vehicleI do not wish to do any further business with this establishmentI was not satisfiedAnd am displeased that it took me contacting you for them to contact meI do not feel it is a legitimate establishmentAnd would just like refunded either part of my payment or all of it so that I may go else whereSince my problems were not corrected initially, and they showed little to no concern in terms of fixing the problem correctly, until after I contacted the Revdex.comThank you

This is in response to your letter dated 4/30/15, for complaint ID *** I have collected several documents to identify Ms***'s claims as false Auto Clinic & Transmission by Johnny LLC, has made every attempt to resolve this matter with Ms***, to no avail However, a picture is worth a thousand words The attached documentation explains why Ms*** has not been interested in answering our calls, returning our calls, or utilizing our generous, Year/12,Mile Warranty to correct any issues that she claims she may have had with her transmission repairs We stand behind all of our work and are very proud of our excellent reputation, which we have worked very hard for.Please find the attached documents:1.) Auto Clinic & Transmission By Johnny LLC Invoice - Dated Friday, February 6, - VIN# ***, with the recorded miles at the time of service (86,miles).2.) *** *** *** *** *** Invoice - Dated Wednesday, February 11, - For the Cadillac CTS computer reprogram that Auto Clinic paid for (please note the miles, 86,miles)A difference of miles, in a matter of days.3.) Cleveland Police Accident Report - Dated Sunday, February 22, - Please note, Ms*** does not appear to have insurance on her vehicle at the time of the Accident Report, which may have led to # 4.) AutoCheck Report on the Cadillac CTS, VIN# *** - Please note, on page of the report, the last entry for the Cadillac CTS is dated April 22, 2015, and it states, the vehicle was reported at an Auto Auction Also, please note, the mileage on the car April 22nd, was 87,miles. In summary, the attached documentation shows that Ms*** no longer has possession of the car Also, while she did possess the car, she put 1,miles on it in a matter of a couple of weeks She appears to be attempting to Defraud Auto Clinic & Transmission By Johnny LLC, by using the Revdex.com as her medium of choice to slander us & threaten our livelihood with her "claim", which is built on deception and harming our reputation by Slander, Defamation of Character and ultimately, Extortion The time and energy that the Revdex.com & Auto Clinic & Transmission have put into this claim by Ms*** is unfortunate and a wasteShould she continue attempting to defraud our business by slandering Auto Clinic & Transmission By Johnny LLC online, or in any other way, shape, or form, we will turn this information over to our Attorney.Thank you, Ms***, for the time and effort that you & your colleagues have put forth in this matter.Kindest Regards,*** * *** ***
