I am rejecting this response because: Although my truck was illegally parked and rightfully impounded, I was charged for two days of storage, when in fact, they had possession of my truck for less than total hoursMy truck was in the Company's possession from 9:p.mDecember 23rd until 1:p.mDecember 24th The truck was not impounded in StLouis City, therefore, being licensed in St.Louis City does not entitle the Company to charge those high prices in StLouis County- where the truck was picked up fromThere is a sign that is posted at *** from the Police Department where my truck was parked and it clearly states that the max charge of a vehicle is $with an addition of $per storage day and it states that vehicles ton or over are charged four times the amount previously mentionedMeaning that for my vehicle at $multiplied by would be $2,plus one days storage but it would never amount to the $3,that the Company charged me for. Also the sign that I have included a picture of states that a vehicle over ton is charged times the max charge, and I only parked vehicle at the location; therefore the Company cannot charge me twice for one vehicleThe trailer and truck are connected as one, they are not two separate vehicles.

I need the year make and model of the truck and trailer , because that's how we look up information on the vehicles , but are prices are posted on are sign it say semi tractor and trailer are $1500.00impond fee and $a day storage for each unit

Are policy is to get any belongings from the car the must sign over a clear title, By law I don't have to let anything out but medication from a Doctor, The impound fee is not $the first day I get it it is a $impound fee and $a day each day I have itShe may get any
belongings out of the car she will need to sign over her clear title to do so

1) We charge by calendar day not by hrs so if I get your vehicle on the 20 at 11:00 pm and its still here at 12:00 an on the 21st that's 2 days storage , we charge ever unit that has a vin number for example : if we impound a boat, and trailer there is a vin on the boat there is a vin and the trailer and if the boat has a motor there is a vin on that ,each one is registered with the police there for each on is a different unit so each one get charged. 2) we (the company) are licensed in St.louis with those prices not the police dept . 3) are signs are posted at that property with are prices on it .

We had to use a  go jack to remove it from the garage the it went up on a flat bed to tow from there , so not sure where the marks are from , as for as damage the car was put in the spot she picked it up from and was never moved , she told us that she only drives this car a 1,000 miles a year...

because that's how she got the historical plates, we also gave her a deal on the price she only paid $340.00 when it should have been $820.00 since park place asked us to give her a break on the price

We did not tow his truck it was impounded that why are price is higher,We have are fees posted on are signs where he parked his truck at and its charged per unit so that would be a charge for the truck and then for the trailer, We are also licensed in the city of St. Louis with these prices .
