***, the customer and I spoke on Friday and I have agreed to pay for the repairs as mentioned above We had an ex employee who had informed me he had sent the part and apparently did not [redacted] is out of the country for two weeks and upon returning he will find a local shop to take care of the repairs. We consider this resolved

I have attached a power of attorney, bill of sale, warranty waiver, vehicle addendum and non refundable down payment form all signed by *** and dated August 8th, Also, she purchased a Mazda the day before however explained she did not like the vehicle and I worked on getting her in the Mazda RX I allowed her to bring that vehicle back and we resigned documents for the Maxda RX
Perhaps she should construct her obvious lies more effectively If she would like to hire someone to confirm that all are her signatures, she is welcome to do so on her dime, as nothing was forged We have sold 1000's of cars and have never had anyone claim we forged signatures! She drove our vehicle for two weeks, before I was notified by the bank that they tried to verify employment and stated that they were told she hadn't worked there in two weeks I have attached the tow bill dated August 19th August 8th is when she originally took possession of this vehicle
I consider this matter closed satisfactory Her host of bad decisions and obvious bank fraud will cause her more problems than losing $ We have turned this over to the Fairfield County Prosecutors office She will have to answer for what fraud she has clearly committed

The reason this deal was not funded by the bank is because of fraud on [redacted] behalf.  She lied about being employed.  When the bank called to verify she worked where she said she did, the HR department claimed she hadn't worked there for two weeks.
[redacted] drove our...

car for two weeks and we have receipts having it professionally cleaned after her smoking in the vehicle.  It had not been smoked in previous to.  We also had to have the vehicle towed as she could not conveniently return it to us nor was she cooperative.
These are actionless, soundless and frivolous claims make on behalf of the customer.  We take our reputation very seriously.  The countless hours and involvement to find customer vehicle loans, take time and money.  When customers lie, that institutes bank fraud.  On the simplest term, her actions institute a text book claim of bank fraud with direct intent to deceive in hopes of securing a motor vehicle.  Nothing short of desperate measures.  We have turned her file over to the Fairfield County Prosecutors office for review in accordance with her fraudulent paperwork.
It is our hope you will see through her fraud and close this satisfactorily, as we will exercise all legal remedies to protect our reputation against blatant misconduct.

I am rejecting this response because:  At the time of purchase of the vehicle I had a job.  [redacted] called the day I left with vehicle to even verify  employment and my work informed me of that.  I even had pay stubs to verify employment.  I lost my job after I purchased the vehicle.  This is far from fraud on my behalf.  The fact that they have documents that are signed on August 9th is questionable due to the fact that the papers I have show August 7th, 2014.  I have a copy of everything I have signed from this company still stapled together and in the folder that they provided me with minus this document that they are claiming is a non-refundable down payment.  I don't believe I signed that document, I am pretty sure that was forged, due to the fact I have documents to prove I signed everything on August 7th.  That is very questionable.  [redacted] called me to inform me that the deal didn't go through with the bank and I was more than willing to have my friend follow me in the car back to the dealership that day to return vehicle, but [redacted] said it was just more convenient and insisted to have the tow truck come and get it.  If I were uncooperative, as they state, than why did I leave the keys in the gas cap, like instructed by [redacted]?  As for the smoke smell, the car wasn't smoked in and I would love for her to furnish some kind of documents to prove that the car was professionally cleaned.  Given the condition of the first vehicle I got from them and was very unhappy with and returned, I don't believe for one minute that any car that leaves their lot is professionally cleaned.  I paid a down payment to go towards the purchase of a vehicle, in which case I do not have a vehicle from this company, so I want my down payment of $700 back.

Vehicles were purchased in February and March of 2016.  There is nothing we can assist with.  We are sorry to hear you are having issues, however, we are not at liberty to just simply pay for repairs on vehicles that were purchased that long ago.
