Review: I purchased an auto warranty policy from this company in October 2013. I was told the payments for this policy would be on 18 monthly installments. However, it was put on 12 monthly installments. I contacted the rep that sold me the policy in November and was assured they would take care of the mistake. To date it still has not been taken care of. I've tried numerous times to call this company they do not answer the phones nor do they return phone calls. I've e-mailed the company and they do not return emails either. I've called the company who processes the payments and the policy administrators who have contacted them on my behalf and still no call.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone to contact me to let me know what's going on. Either they are in business and can fix my payments or they are no longer in business and who I need to contact about my policy.

Review: I cancelled my policy and returned all policy to them by 8/* but have not received my refund as of today. Refund is estimated to be around $913 and I attempted to settle this past two months through phone calls and email. I get redirected to the account manager named Ali everytime I called and I talked to her only once 3 weeks ago. She told me that transaction was made and wait and I waited for another 3 weeks until today. In the meantime, I left her several voicemails to verify the account # and routing # and see if there is alternate way for me to receive my refund. No return call or no refund and I do not know what else I can do. I made over 20 phone calls to resolve the issue on my own but I cannot.Desired Settlement: I want to recieve a refund check mailed to my address.

Review: I found this company online for my 2009 Suzuki Sx4 for extended warranty protection. I called them on February **, 2014 to let them know the payment would be late. The phone number I had at the time was ###-###-#### and the guy name was [redacted], the number was disconnected. I made an attempt to go to their website which was Auto Coverage Specialist-Premier Auto Protection and the webpage could not be found. Meanwhile I made the following payments. 11/**/13 $29.0012/**/13 $119.0001/**/14 $119.00As of February **, 2014 since I made a attempt to contact them I haven't received any calls regarding payment. I believe they had a bogus website and the company is a fraud. As of today May **, 2014 no one has even contacted me regarding a payment.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. I gave them my business and trusted them and they took my money.
Review: On 10-**-13 Purchased an Extended warranty on 2001 Chevy truck contract # last 6 of vin# [redacted] from ACS. [redacted] was the salesman and sent me the contract emails which now are default. Total of $750 [3 payments ] toward $3500 price . Coverage began via [redacted] group as 3rd party to handle and pay claims. On 12-*- 13 transmission failed on truck contacted [redacted] as instructed and claim was denied . I called and cancelled policy at the [redacted]# they no longer answer . I spoke to [redacted] at [redacted] a supervisor, who has direct contact with ACS and I have yet to recieve any refund or response.
I sent a notice of cancelation form they emailed , mileage statement, and they policy booklet they mailed me via certified mail to their NY,Ny address on the cover of the booklet , same as the one u list . I am owed $650 refund if not more and need my money to pay for my repairs . These guys don't answer the phone once they get your money . I got them to return a call to my wife's # as a new customer prospect and [redacted] hung up when I got on the phone . Please let me know if you can help me out !!Desired Settlement: refund of $650 of $750 for 1 month of coverage
