Auto Craft

Review: Since the hail storm in March, I have been waiting on Auto Craft to order the necessary parts for my car. On June 21, 2013 I was phoned by a representative to drop off my car. On June 24th I brought my car to them and picked up a rental car. On July 17, 2013 I received a call from the owner stating "come pick up my car" "he would fix it but it would take months." Then the owner stated he yelled at his staff for taking cars they couldn't fix. He stated again for me to pick my car up then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like my rental car paid for by Auto Craft. I would also like this to be posted on your website.

In reply to this complaint with Auto Craft LLc, we would like to say that based on what the customer stated, some of it is true but other portions of her statement are not. Auto Craft has been in business serving the public for 38 years with the same name and has had no complaints with the Revdex.com since day one. Auto Cra? has always handled situations in house in any way possible to satisfy all customers, but in this day and time, that is impossible to do; although we will always try our utmost to do this for all. Hail damage done with all insurance companies today is based on repairs needed to the vehicle, and the exact repair time is impossible to give based on parts, damages, etc. This customer’s vehicle needs a complete car replacement due to hail damages. Our policy is to try to schedule vehicles in with the amount of damage that this customer had at the very end of all repairs needed due to this stom. as this customer was number 68 on our list, and we are only on number 10. The customer’s car had no Pointless Dent Removal needed, all of the repairs needed for her vehicle were body and paint. She stated that she tried to leave her vehicle at three other shops and they did not want to repair it based on the severity of her repairs, so she chose us. On leaving her vehicle, the customer came in and left her keys with our secretaries and left in a rush, without a visual of her vehicle by our staff. When she le? our front of?ce, she only signed her paperwork without ?lling it out completely and left, leaving a drink and a bag of chips on our counter along with her keys. All body shops in the area are overloaded with hail and collision repairs at this time, and based on damages to her vehicle there is no shop who can deal with her car for a long period of time. Auto Craft offered to do the repairs at a later date and do the utmost to offset some of her losses on rental if possible. Based on the damages to her vehicle more than likely, the insurance company was going to have to write a supplement, which is more money and time to do a proper repair. Auto Crafy, under these conditions that we have to work with during this time period has nothing to do with rental in any way, but strives to do the utmost quality repair on all vehicles. Auto Craft discussed this with the customer's insurance company and they understood exactly what was going on with Auto Cra? as well as other shops dealing with repairs of this sort. Auto Craft tried to contact the customer to let her know that she needed to pick her vehicle up and not to use up all of her rental for a later date. No one hung up the phone on the customer or yelled at

any employees, as the customer stated in her complaint. We tried to explain exactly what was going on to the customer when she picked up her vehicle. The other woman that was with the customer was trying to instigate a situation to make it out of control, and was asked to please leave; they then did so. Auto Craft is still willing to do the repair at a later date and also do everything possible to help with some of the customer‘s losses that she feels she had if possible.
