Review: I tool my vehicle into for an AC diagnostic and repair estimate. Upon evaluating the vehicle I received an estimate for an entirely new AC system. I was told that the AC compressor was faulty and needing replacing and that all related parts also needed to be replaced in order to ensure proper operation of new AC system. Upon receiving this estimate I was charged a $49 diagnostic fee. I decided to get a second opinion, at that time I was informed that the AC system and Compressor were in complete working order, however there was a small leak in a hose. I called to speak with the service manager at Auto Crafters, and express my concerns regarding a grossly padded estimate, and an entirely incorrect diagnosis. At that point I was completely disrespected and yelled at.
