By far the ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever experiencedTheir practices are unethical and quite frankly disturbingI have to commend the sales person, Everette S*** who assisted us, he was greatHowever, the Manager Karen S*** was very nasty, demeaning, refused to listen, unprofessional and not to mention scatter-brained as she came to us with a laundry list of issues that she swore up and down was on me and my fiancée's credit report and she was 100% wrongDocumentation of such was provided in full and IGNORED, as she seem to think she knew everything not even realizing she was referring to another customerShe asked for excessive amounts of documentation and contacted one of my creditors WITHOUT my authorization or knowledge until after it was done, which violates the FTC GuidelinesMy fiancée and I have taken our business elsewhere and are taking further action against this business as they have violated several guidelines and used unethical practices to obtain informationTo those looking for a vehicle, PLEASE be very careful if you choose to deal with this business The lack of communication, attention to detail, unethical practices and mishandling of people's personal information further validates the ignorance and overall recklessness of the ManagerSigned,

Review: when I went to least a car auto credit line said that they don't have an interest rate higher than 28.6 after a few months of paying my bill I notice that I have been paying to much for the car I least and happen to look over my contract I seen that the interest rate that they placed on my contract was 46.50 % I took my contract back to auto credit line and showed them where the messed up my contract they seen their error and is currently manually adjusting my contract since then I have notice that auto credit line is charging me even more and my payment seem not to be going down but staying stagnate I brought it to their attention several times auto credit line keep telling me that they are manually adjusting my contract and that what I am paying and the balance is actually lower than what is really dueDesired Settlement: I will like to get a new contract with the correct interest rate and the correct amount that is due for the remaining balance
