all of her concerns have addressed and repairedWhile we regret when vehicles have concerns, at Auto Credit Warehouse we make every effort to be there for our customers and aggressively fix the problems as though they were our friends or family. In this case we fixed a few items for *** *** and she is satisfiedWe are of coarse here for her in the future if she needs usIt seems we were caught in the middle of a domestic issue and the complaint was filed by someone who DID NOT make a purchase from us who misrepresented her identity to file the complaint. Review: I went there because they sent me a credit card saying I was pre approved for a auto loan I signed papers on 03/**/2015 and left a 500.00 downpayment I thought I was signing to see if I would get a loan when I left and talked it over at lunch with my sister she told me not to buy that car so we went back told him I didnt want the car and I wanted my deposit back they said it was to late that I signed the papers for the loan and they had gotten the money from the bank already and I own the car well they put the car in there shop to make sure everything was safe for 3 days I just picked it up last night 03/**/2015 got home with the car and asked my son in law who is an inspector for the state of ny to look at it he found problems with the tires and missing parts in the engine compartment as well as body damage that was fixed wrong doors not lined up running board falling off and brakes are low to the point I need new ones and 2 balled tires on the rear iso I called dmv this morning 03/**/2015 and was advised to take the car to a registered repair shop they found that there is missing parts in the engine compartment as well as it needing brakes and that the 2 rear tires need to be replaced and advised me to bring it to a reg body shop to look at the body damage that I did not know car was in accident until after I got the car fenders not lined up right and causing paint to fall off running board falling off and broken marker lightDesired Settlement: Refund. I want a car that I feel safe in I am scared to drive it I called the company last night and told them about the problems they said they would get right back to me as of 12:14 pm on 03/**/2015 I have not heard from them they took advantage of my credit problems and my age I would really want my money back and find a car some where else I dont trust these people

Review: Me and my husband put a deposit of $1500.00 down for a vehical. Since the bank did not approve us for a 5 year loan, we no longer wanted the vehicle. I filled out their refund form and was told I would recieve a check in a week. It has now been over a month. I have called them repeatedly and they keep giving me the run around. I have also filed a complaint with consumer affairs in my county.Desired Settlement: I want my money back $1500.00
