AutoCustoms runs a very deceptive website @ [redacted] Everything except a small logo at the bottom makes you think you are ordering from the manufacturer, not a resellerIf this were the only deception, I wouldn't be too upset - if they can fulfill the order as placed quickly and at an attractive price, I'll give them a pass on the deceptive marketing Unfortunately, that was not the case I placed an order an order for an MXwith them on Dec 2nd, and was told the item was in stock and would ship out on Monday, Dec 5thI emailed them on Thur Dec 8th to inquire about status, and was told that it would not ship until Dec 15thI never received a response to my follow up emailI called just now, and was given a song and dance explanation as to how the warehouse was busy picking and filling ordersI spoke to the same sales rep that I placed the order with, and he could offer no explanation or solution other than a meek, insincere apology for the delay Given that it appears the manufacturer is drop-shipping the product, AutoCustoms has little control over the timingBut know that timing - don't over promiseAnd if you do over-promise and your partners fail to deliver, offer something to your customer than a 'I don't give a [redacted] cause I already have your order' attitude

I reserached the flip up tonneau covers for over weeks on the web I purchased the BAKflip Fibermax cover for my Ford Fform Tonneau Covers World Love it, looks great, and fits tights Ordered it on a Saturday, received it on the following Wednesday Their customer service rep was very helpful in answering all my questions Read about this product online first and saw numberous complaints about the instructions After watching their installation video from their website I thought the instructions were alright and fairly easy to follow I installed it by myself and it took me minutes including the drainage hoses I've already washed my truck with the top on and no water got into the bed Very happy with the product, recommend it, and feel it is a good value for the price

I ordered a hard bed cover for my husband for Christmas and accidentally ordered the wrong size I contacted them and they immediately arranged for the cover to be picked up and send me the correct size within one week and did not charge me for any freight They were very helpful and I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Unfortunately, that was not the case.

I placed an order an order for an MX4 with them on Dec 2nd, and was told the item was in stock and would ship out on Monday, Dec 5th. I emailed them on Thur Dec 8th to inquire about status, and was told that it would not ship until Dec 15th. I never received a response to my follow up email. Given that it appears the manufacturer is drop-shipping the product, AutoCustoms has little control over the timing. But know that timing - don't over promise. And if you do over-promise and your partners fail to deliver, offer something to your customer than a 'I don't give a [redacted] cause I already have your order' attitude.

Easy ordering and shipping was extremely fast. Purchased the Gator FX3 and its everything I expected. Thank you.

I ordered a retractable tonneau cover Gator Trax MX. When I received the cover the rails were for a Retrax tonneau cover? I called customer support and told them about the mix up and they told me the rails should work and she would confirm and get back to me. I told her I was in the process of doing the install and I would like confirmation. I never received a call back in the next 3-hours. I proceeded with the install and the Retrax rails worked. Retrax makes Gator tracks so it is the same tonneau cover with a different sticker. For the money I spent on this cover It would be nice if they gave me the right track with the right sticker for what I ordered. A quick call back would have been nice.

Auto Customs online tonneau cover ordering process was very easy. I use several methods of communication prior to purchase. All were exceptional. I used email communication, chat, and telephone lastly to finish my order. The entire process was very professional. The product arrived as scheduled, professionally packaged, and shipped without any damage. After I installed the cover I had one question regarding adjustment. The response was fast meeting my need. The painted cover, perfect match. If I need a cover in the future I definitely will be a repeat customer. I would recommend Auto Customs to my friends as well as others. The price paid was better than local shops.

They have a very good customer service. The item was shipped and delivered on time. The item also fitted and went together the way they say it would.
