I purchased a vehicle Dec 9, with this company and practically did all the financing myselfThey promised me a second key and took me several fighting episodes and disrespecting from the sale man named: *** to be able to get the second keyHe told me over text that I was not his wife to be controlling him nor telling him what to doExtremely rude guyThey spent 1/months and still had not given me my registration or done the tag transferThey kept lying and telling me it was done and it was all a lie when I went to the DMV it was still under my old carI currently have a blown engine and a messed up clutch and the car is parked at my parking garage because they sold me a scam carI will NEVER EVER buy from this dealership againI will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyoneThey are unprofessional and lie to their customersThey are sneaky and rude

I hate this place... and I hate those people. Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews before I bought a car with them. All I found here it's 100 % true. They sold me a 2012 SL Nissan Altima and when I got home I noticed that the floor mats were missing; I called them back and they told me that they would take them from another Nissan Altima. Long story short... after two months and no less than 20 calls they stopped picking up my calls. So, I had to go to that crappy place and the guy that I talked to, told me that the manager [redacted] the one who sold me the car and stopped answering my calls) wasn't there at that time, then [redacted] just showed up (what a liar uhh??). [redacted] told me to come back next week and I asked to talk to the owner and then he got [redacted] and he asked me to leave that place because he wouldn't give me anything. Unbelievable!!! Then I asked another guy to talk to the owner and he told me that the owner was in Dubai. Then another guy (he said that his name was [redacted]) appeared saying that he was the owner and I explained him the situacion and he told me: I'm sorry and he left. When he left I asked to another guy if that guy was the real owner and he told me that he wasn't. That place is a liar's factory!! Don't go to that place guys... I'm trying to find out how to cancel my agreement. I don't wanna deal with people like that never again in my life!! Everybody there is colombian!!

First - Do not and I specify "NOT" - transact any business with this dealership. If I had done due diligence I would not be in the situation I am now.
At first they seem genuine and interested but once money has left your hands to theirs - they blatantly lie and conveniently have amnesia. I was told a set price by one of the managers and when I delivered the set amount - I learnt a few weeks later via the DMV that a lien was on my vehicle and it was placed the day I bought the said vehicle. Now I am being told the sale price is actually $1000 more than the actual amount I was told by the manager . I know I didn't hear him incorrectly because two family members heard the same thing that I did. Now they sent a towing truck in the dead of night and repossessed the vehicle.
It seems Honesty and Integrity are beyond their business dealings ... In light of my experience - I can only give you the truth of my trauma. Be warned , be prepared - save yourself the worries.
