Auto Diagnostics

October 2019 I called Auto Diagnostics to see if they can repair truck alarm /lights/signals. They'd go off unexpectedly while in park/drive. Spoke with owner of shop he said as soon as the part he orders comes in hed be on the road about 2 wks.
10/14/19 took truck to shop
10/18/19 was told what part needed to be replaced. (b.c.m)
10/25/19 Gave $200 for the part
11/4/19 Auto Diagnostics called to say the part hadn't arrived
11/14/19 called no answer, called private got an answer..said the part comes from Taiwan that it would be a cpl more wks
Nov 11-15-18-19-26th called shop No one answered
12/4/19 Auto Diagnostics called to say the part arrived broken.
12/13/19 AD said the new part would arrive in a week.
12/19/19 Went to AD personally was shown another car PART by *** (guy job was given to. Said it takes long cause parts comes Taiwan.
I showed him EBay the same part they need sells for $100. He said the shop does not buy from eBay.
12/30/19 I called spoke with owner he said I can go pick up my $200 and take truck if part isn't in by following Friday
1/2/2020 AD said there was a delay because of holidays
1/10/2020 AD said the wrong part was delivered..to continue waiting.
In between these dates alot of my calls were ignored when I called from different phones got an answer...call from mine I get ignored.
The b.c.m sells for $100 online. I agreed to leave truck tgere at auto cause I was told in person by owner my truck would be up n running cpl weeks after part arrived. Im disabled, receiving cancer treatments. I have expressed that I need my truck in hopes they come thru on their word but still no luck. Please help

On Monday July 15 2019 my car broke down I call Auto Diagnostics to see if they can fix the problem before I towed my car there. They say they can they charged 100.00 for a diagnostic. On the July 17 2019 around 9:00pm I receive a call from auto diagnostics saying they found the problem, and it would be 2,000.00 to fix, I told them I couldn’t afford they told me we can go a cheaper way. On Thursday 18 they ask me for a down payment is 800.00 to start working on my car right away, and that Friday the 19 by 4:30 it will be done they told me , Friday the 19 I go to check on the progress around Noon nothing was done . At that point I ask for my money back to take my car somewhere else and the owner got a real bad additude , he got racist and lock him self in his office and dint come out to acknowledge me . At this point He is making me wait 3 to 4 weeks for my money . And this is where the complaint comes in he is no longer working on my car but he is holding my money I would like to get my money back ASAP he gave me a receipt saying I gave 800.00 I owe 800.00 it dint say nothing about waiting if I decide to go elsewhere because of his lies. I really hope you guys can help all I want is my money back.
