I went to [redacted] which states that I am purchasing units of barcode [redacted] which is a package of saw blades This company sent me packages only claiming that each blade counted as a unit The page clearly states the UPC which is a package of per unit Having the company only send me units and not be willing to fix it is a very shady practice

I ordered something from this website on march 3, Then I called back on march 8th because when I purchased the order the lady told me I should get my stuff in 7-business days, so I called to follow up and she told me your order has been shipped but we did not update the tracking number yet but you will receive it by the end of the daySo after a couple hours I get a phone call from another lady telling me that they cant ship my order because they don't have enough in stock in the warehouse and I need to choose something differentI told her how could that be when someone called me before and her response was "oh sorry for the miscommunication" and that was itI tried calling them back after a couple times and no answer whatsoeverThese people never want to help just because they work on commission they cant wait to take your money and that's itAfter this order I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN from this placeThey are very unprofessionaland my order was over a thousand dollars and my experience was awful !

I spoke with *** custome we ar having the vehicle repaired under warrantyI spoke with the customer late yesterday and thought we had a game plan I'm not sure why this complaint is coming to me.if The customer still has questions or concerns she can call me directly on my

my timeThe vehicle was never sold illegally per the U.SDepartment of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Admin (202)366-The vehicle was sold percent "AS IS" except what we owed him on the document called "WE OWE"We refunded Mr Q*** his dollar down payment back in full, Returned his trade in vehicle to him and flipped the title back into his nameWe paid the balance that was funded to us from the lending institution therefore there is no obligation to the Finance company by Mr Q***As far as myself and my employees not being honorable our Revdex.com A+ Rating speaks for itself after years and nearly million dollars in sales
