Hi ***, When Mr*** arrived to pick up his vehicle, he went to the detail shop not the repair shop firstAt that time he was told about the sunroof and he stated in front of my employees, Ben and Jason, that he has had problems with the sunroof for quite some time
He then came to the repair to pay his billAbout minutes later, I saw him still out in his vehicle and I went other to see what was upAt that time he told me about the sunroof problem and said he would deal with it when he got homeThat day,09/29/was the only time that Mr*** was at either shop. He states in the complaint that I told him to put it in writing, that never happened and I would never try to resolve a problem by saying thatHe also states that he returned the next day to drop off a copy of his complaintI have fulltime employees here from a.mtill p.mMonday thru Saturday, and no one ever saw him return to either shop.With him never coming to my business to deliver a copy as he states, how could I have swore at him? He states that he can only open the sunroof by the button and not manually, that sunroof only opens that way!! So if it does open that way what is the problem? He also states that his banker has been trying to get a hold of meI have not received any contact since 09/29/from either Mr***, any banker or credit card companyIf he can provide names and phone numbers, I would be glad to talk to these people. He states that he wants payment of a $bill, what is that for and where is the copy of an invoice? I feel that Mr.*** is trying to pull a fast one on my company because of all the lies and misinformation that he provided Thank you, Don ***-Pres

I am rejecting this response because: the owner of the business is Lying to the Max.When I arrived at the auto doctor at 3:pm, I first went to office to pay my bill This is where I was told to come by the owner when I called at 3:pm on 9/29/ This is were the keys to my car were, this is where my car was parked by them, this is where I was told to come o pay when I first made the appointment for this work More Lies from the owner.The conversations,in all aspects, happened as stated in my complaint No conversations, of any nature, took place as stated by the owner More Lies by the owner.The Basic simple fact of this whole matter is they did open the sun roof in the cleaning of the car It was closed when I delivered the car, and it was open when I paid the bill Unless I, or my friend, Casper The Friendly Ghost, snuck into the shop without any employ seeing either of us, THEY OPENED THE SUN ROOF Which means it was working when they got the car Unless they now want to say they washed the car with the roof open Which is not a smart or responsible option,the sun roof was closed on delivery, they opened it to clean, and ever since it was broken while in their care.When the owner told me there were no problems, I paid the billIt was after paying that I went to the detail shop for the first time, since I parked the car there when it was brought to them At this time I did not know if the sun roof was opened, closed, or missing When the detailer said"well we had just a little problem" I first became aware of a problemI would never have paid the bill if I knew there was a problem More Lies by the owner.As I have no way of attaching anything to this form, I will fax you a copy of my page letter to the owner, dated 10/1/ It was mailed and hand delivered on 10/2/ Kindly take note of the Post Script on the letter I will also fax a copy of the Dealer's Estimate of Repairs, dated 10/18/I will also fax a copy of my Bank's letter, dated 11/1/More Lies by the owner To answer the owner's 3rd paragraph, re: buttons, the sun roof and "if it does open that way what is the problem," I am stunned He really thinks the sun roof opens after all this The complaint states the sun roof was closed when delivered and it had worked properly every time it was used since it was purchased on 12/1/ Now since the car was in his care, the sun roof does not work More Lies by the owner.My bank is the issuer of the credit card used to pay this bill There was some difficulty with their Card Member Services Unit in getting all the info they needed to pursue this with the owner I dealt with with three different people each asking for different info They now have all the data they need and are pursuing this matter with the owner.The fads should be coming on 11/9/ Should they not be received, please contact me by phone so I can correct the matter Thank you for your service ** ***

Hi [redacted],    Again I state, Mr. [redacted] never returned to our shop to "hand deliver" a copy of his complaint. Funny how how he has changed the dates in this response.    I did today receive a letter from the credit card company stating to him that it was to late to file a claim for the $182.80 that he paid. He has more lies in that report to the credit card company that shows different dates again.    Yes, we did open the sunroof to clean it, we admit that, but Mr. [redacted] is the one that stated he had problems before, it was not pushed open as he states. Sounds like he isn't sure himself when he did his so called delivery.It never happened Thank you,  Don [redacted]-Pres.
