Review: I took my 2000 [redacted] Accord to Auto Dogz to get my windows tinted. The owner was at the front desk and I asked him how much it was to get the car tinted, he told me "$170, the options are on the window", I looked at the window, and seen the tint options and told him I already knew what darkness I wanted and he said, "ok we can tint the car today if you want" I agreed and when the car was finished I went to look at the job to make sure I was satisfied, when going over to the car, the owner says, "don't bother picking the car apart, it will have bubbles in the tint for a week or so until it cures" I then told him I knew this as ive had my windows tinted before and he stood there watching me, so I looked at one or two of the windows and everything seemed ok until I noticed they overlapped the tint on the back window and there was a strip on the passenger side with no tint. I took it back to him the next day and asked him to fix it, he proceeded to tell me it wasn't their fault and that he explained there would be a "seem" on the back window, in which he did not. he then argued and was rude, then said "well the options are on the window and I told you that, its your fault you didnt read the paper below the tint samples" I told him he didn't make me aware of the paper, and he then asked me if I could read and told me it would be $160 to fix the issue and he wouldn't fix the issue unless I paid him that additional $160 even though this was not explained and he did NOT make me aware of the whole "seem" on the back window and he totally ignored the fact that there still was a strip of tint missing on the passenger window. He then in the middle of me talking walked into the back when I asked him to fix it again. He still will not fix the issue, even though I am unsatisfied with the job and it was only a day after he originally put the tint on.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be a full refund, because the job was not done correctly, he refused to fix the tint unless I payed extra, and after me telling him about the issue and trying to get it resolved, he became very rude and I don't believe he will correctly fix the issue now because of the attitude and how disrespectful he became after asking him to fix the issue
