Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Good morningI was unable to respond to the reasoning of Auto Drive last week due to my busy work schedule and email accessI apologizeI am rejecting their response due to it not being accurate informationIt did pass the inspection but the coil code is in the maintenance screenIt is in the red when you scroll through the codesWhen I purchased the car it had been sent out for the coils misfiringIt still has same problemSame problem since first day driving the carAlso the only paperwork I signed from [redacted] repair shop was the replacement of the batteryThe last time I was at [redacted] and picked the car up I signed a paper stating there was no work performed on the car because he didn't touch the carAt the bottom it showed a zero balanceOwner said he was told he could not fix the carOwner apologized and said if it was different and I had just brought the car to him he could fix itMy reply was well that would be quite a conflict of interestHe knows there is a problem with the carDue to the amount of time car was not in my possession car is still within warranty days and mileage allowance and Auto Drive will not fix the carI have refused to allow my daughter to drive the car because it is not fixedI have documented papers from an authorized BMW specialist that Auto Drive refuses to acknowledge that states what the problem isI have a quote that to fix the two issues that I have requested to be fixed is $1,The two issues were noted since test driveAnd currently still occur and not fixed Regards, [redacted]

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below The original date that this vehicle was supposed to be ready was September 29, at the Natick locationOn the morning of the 29th, I called the business and was assured that my vehicle would be there after pmWhen I arrived not only was the vehicle not there but they also let me know they had to put in the shop due to an abs lightOn Friday, October 2, they called to say the car was not ready due to the mechanic not getting the part and it wouldn't be ready until Monday, October On Monday October 5, I was told the car was being worked on that day and would be back on TuesdayOn Tuesday, Oct7th, I was told by *** that "if you had not received the registration I would have you come get your money because it's not worth the aggravation." (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL) In addition, to that he assured me that the car would be delivered on Wednesday, October 7, at pm to my home addressOn the morning of the October 7th, I called and confirmed that the car would be delivered this afternoon and asked that rather than come to my home if it could be delivered to my daughter's daycare where I would already be at that time as opposed to having to take another taxi to get home to meet themThe guy (***) assured me that his driver was headed to pick it up and then to get the [redacted] inspection done on it and that it would be to me by pm thereAt 2, I called to be sure that they had the right address and were on the wayNot only did they put me on hold for minutes but they also, did not answer when I called back and at 3:PM had [redacted] (the person, that originally did my paperwork at their Bridgewater location) call me to tell me that the car was actually still in the shop and had not been picked up because the part had not been ordered and they would try to have it ready and delivered tomorrow, October 8, So not only have I been without a vehicle since my old one died on September 27th, but I have been forced to use a taxi to get myself and my daughter to and from work each dayI have spent approximately $alone in fees for that since public transportation does not go by my daughter's daycare and would have been a minute walk from my job putting me even later for work than I usually am since her daycare does not open until AMNow they are offering to pay for the state inspection on my vehicle in addition to the car paymentsI believe that I have been completely misled in this whole ordeal and at this point I would just like my car and a check to be cut for the inspection, so that I can take it to a place of my choice and get the inspection report (for the bank) as well as to be reimbursed for the days this car has been on my insurance and I have not had itThe bank has been great with helping me to resolve this and it is only because of them that I learned the REAL reason why my car has not been delivered to me and are in agreement with me that I should not be responsible for the payments on the car until I have the car in my possession ESPECIALLY since they too had been told it would be delivered to me on Wednesday, October 7, Regards, [redacted]

You have missed several appointments to have the battery replacedWe did not put the battery in the vehicle and therefore did not know it had an issueThe bank has also mentioned that you have not made any payments of the loanWe can only replace the battery if the vehicle is brought inThis was addressed before you left this complaint
