Based on his response, I will try them again when we have need.
Will not deal with these people ever again. We are a repair shop who sent them a ECM for repair. Over a week after sending them the unit, we called to see what the status was and they said the ECM we sent could not be repaired, but they could send us a remanufactured one. Apparently, they wait until you call them before they do anything, no attempt to contact us. They said the reman ECM would be synced with the new VIN#. The vehicle would not start after the reman ECM was put in. We had to tow the vehicle to the dealer who stated that it had never been synced. The dealer synced it for us ($125), when we called we were told, "how did they know the dealer was telling the truth". They said we should have sent it back to them for repair, except our customer had already been without the vehicle for 2 weeks and the vehicle works fine after the dealer synced it. They were unwilling to discuss any kind of refund with us. Don't use these people!
