auto elite transports they are a great friendly more than reasonable company, you realize after dealing with them how other companies are either over charging or just too expensive we had a problem with another company and auto elite was able to come to our home within the hour and fix what another company was trying to do for monthsthere are still some good people and companies out there
I was afraid of transporting my car from Texas to ConnecticutBut after doing my homework and research and I have to say that I got one of the best companies out there they took care of everything from day one till the day it was delivered Even after my car was delivery I got a call to make sure that everything was fine something that it wasn't expected, but that's what you call a professionalism thank you guys you made this journey really easy
This company and its owner, *** *** (*** dot com at autoelitetransports dot come), runs a den of thieves and liars And through a thing called the internet, I've uncovered two other businesses that she owns that I'm sure she uses to play a shell game of poor business practices They are:
1) Auto Elite Transports (the review I'm writing here)

On her Auto Elite Transport website, she says her company is A+ Rated by the Revdex.com Guess what? This is what the Revdex.com says "This Business is not Revdex.com Accredited" Revdex.com will be notified
One thing I hate more than anything is being lied and cheated I always give business people the benefit of the doubt as communications between parties via email, text, and phone can be misunderstood I gave this company many chances to come clean and straight with me, before, during, and after, but all three people I dealt with there were all full of s__t You earn my scorn and I'm really good at uncovering the details about your business that you'd like to hide
So let me set the stage: my fiance and I finally decided to make the big move and decision to settle out in CA She needed to ship her car from NY to CA I contacted a friend who recently talked about a car shipper and he referred me to a guy named ***, who handled his cousin and his fiance's car shipment from DC to CA *** was great and on point, responding nearly instantaneously to any calls or texts I sent him Very important point to remember in my dealings with *** I come to find out later, *** is NOT even employed by Auto Elite Transports but he was a former employee
So he gets me a quote through AET, the price is right, and I get a confirmation document that I need to agree to I tell them that i'm flying out there only for a few days and the vehicle MUST be picked up in a very specific day/time window They bend over backwards to reassure me that the car will be picked up within a small window by Friday Key point to remember Also they said ***'s fee is $ I find this kind of strange that he would need to get paid separately from the entire transaction But since we were in a hurry and needed to get this scheduled, I just rolled with it Mind you, he never tells me at any time that he's no longer employed there So first shady thing that happened is I get a Paypal invoice of $and change I call AET and ask why they tacked on another $and change The president and chief thief *** *** says it's tax I said"Can you please show me where you said you'd charge me for tax and moreover, how can you tax a service?" She got all mumble mouth and referred me to another one of her liars, *** *** Should you ever talk with him, put on your Jamaican/Carribean ears on because it is nearly impossible to understand anything he says So *** tells me its tax I said where in your state's tax code does it say you can charge tax for service fees He then says "Oh I made a mistake, its the Paypal fees" I said "Can you hold on a second?"...in that time, I looked at Paypal's fees and for goods, its only a few percent which does not even come close to $4! I told him that and the line got really quiet So then "I said look, at this point just get the carrier here on the day/time you promised" and I hung up
Fast forward to the pick up day We are told we should hear from the driver himself on the day of pickup My fiance takes the day off with me because she want to be there while this all happens From 7am to 5pm that day, we don't hear anything from the driver We make frantic calls to Auto Elite as they contracted the driverAll we hear is *** and excuses Non stop I said "Why is it you can't even get in touch w/ the people you hire?" And all I hear is *** and excuses So I told them that "Right now I'm calling several shippers and if you can't get one to commit to picking up tomorrow by noon, I'm going with someone else" In desperation, I text the original contact, *** I don't hear anything from ***Remember how *** was Johnny-on-the-spot? Well *** is Johnny-no-longer-to-be-found *** got his $and $and change from me
So the next day arrives, I hear no commitment from *** or ***noon rolls around, I'm flaming *** as is my fiance So I call the short list and foudn a new carrier They never refunded me the $either
Amazing, amazing Amazing !! this is what you call customer service., I will recommend this to all my family moving from NY the price stayed the same, the follow up on point
Customer service is past SATISFACTION.I felt like family with these people from the minute they called me I felt comfortable until my car was delivered to Orlando

We had to ship our niece's car from Arizona to Florida, and Auto Elite did a great job! Marjorie provided superb customer service and went above and beyond to ensure the pickup and delivery were within our time frame. She kept us informed of the overall process and status. We did have a slight hiccup but Marjorie found an immediate alternative. Excellent service and would highly recommend for any auto shipments.

Marjorie at this company came through in the clutch! My truck finally came home from the fabricators in the Midwest after two years. The problem was that it would only be available on Saturdays. I kept in contact with Marjorie for two years. There were couple times when I was told it would be ready, she booked shipping but fabricator didn't come through. Finally truck was done and Marjorie booked shipping. She sent me confirmation and everything I was very happy this ordeal was going to be over. There was a problem, the carrier did not know the truck was not running and neither did Marjorie. A totally understandable mistake: well, the truck was in the shop for 2 years so it was an understandable confusion. Marjorie thought it was operational, well, no it wasn't. I got upset and told I was going with someone else. I went with another broker, I believe it was Thursday or Friday, Marjorie with auto elite gets a hold of me and tells me " you truck is booked, inoperable." She didn't quit even though I quit on her, she clutched it, home run, touchdown etc. Lesson for me, don't give up so easily and learn patience, not everyone is like Marjorie, takes her business seriously. Will not let you down and will try her hardest to make the customer happy. She clutched, truck came home safe, excellent driver, customer service and price! Thanks again!

She actually had the Car picked up and delivered in less than a week (800 mile trip) .I have had several brokers approach me since and I would not hesitate to contact and use Auto Elite Again.
