Marjorie at this company came through in the clutch! My truck finally came home from the fabricators in the Midwest after two yearsThe problem was that it would only be available on SaturdaysI kept in contact with Marjorie for two yearsThere were couple times when I was told it would be ready, she booked shipping but fabricator didn't come throughFinally truck was done and Marjorie booked shippingShe sent me confirmation and everything I was very happy this ordeal was going to be overThere was a problem, the carrier did not know the truck was not running and neither did MarjorieA totally understandable mistake: well, the truck was in the shop for years so it was an understandable confusionMarjorie thought it was operational, well, no it wasn't I got upset and told I was going with someone elseI went with another broker, I believe it was Thursday or Friday, Marjorie with auto elite gets a hold of me and tells me " you truck is booked, inoperable." She didn't quit even though I quit on her, she clutched it, home run, touchdown etcLesson for me, don't give up so easily and learn patience, not everyone is like Marjorie, takes her business seriouslyWill not let you down and will try her hardest to make the customer happyShe clutched, truck came home safe, excellent driver, customer service and price! We had to ship our niece's car from Arizona to Florida, and Auto Elite did a great job! Marjorie provided superb customer service and went above and beyond to ensure the pickup and delivery were within our time frame She kept us informed of the overall process and status We did have a slight hiccup but Marjorie found an immediate alternative Excellent service and would highly recommend for any auto shipments
