We have spoken with the owners on this, the plan discussed we will be replacing items that may have been damaged by us during the repair these parts we are ordering from dealer once we have these items, Monday 5/the Quick’s are dropping the car off and completion of repair will take place

Hello [redacted] ,I finally got a respond back from Rylee ( owner of auto enhance ) he said he would refund me $I was requesting $refundI paid on 8/9/ $for a window repair and asked to check my brakes I was sold a window switch and a strong arm repair Came back complaining that I still heard a squeak under the car and the window didn't workOn 11/21/paid $for window repair and to fix the squeak I when back the third time and manager was fired and was told to take the repair somewhere else I took it to casey's and paid $on 11/21/I didn't have enough money to fix breaks but fixed the windowWe been going back and forth with this disputed and auto enhance has stated the owners where on vacation twice They have pass me back and forth to different managers until I when to Revdex.comAuto enhance said they would not refund me and now as of today feb , owner said the would refund me $I was more the fair to ask for $In actually, I was ripped off, scam , no one would step up and speak to me $is half of each bill that I paid with them More then fair considering they don't even know what they did or why , including doing the work wrong Honestly, I been very patient and I feel disrespected, undermined , and made to feel stupid The $refund is unacceptable and completely unfair I don't even have the money to fix my brakes .I have paid them a total of $Then when and got it fixed else where $bill Regards,# [redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] As soon as the business got notified I received call from [redacted] the owner of wythville auto and truck repair.He started off calling out my man hood and cursing.The 1st thing I done when I lost my wheel was call my insurance company.I was headed to [redacted] to get my boat serviced (not going fishing) so my insurance agent and me desided it would be best to get it towed to [redacted] marina for the repairs.I was towed to their shop I ask if they could get me to [redacted] [redacted] told me to go to tractor supply they problay have a hub that would fitThey did I bought dollars worth of parts.My tow bill was dollars for miles of towing nothing but excuses of y it was so high I was told your insurance covered it..The second tow I should have not been charged...............The outer bearing was put on wrong period a hub comes in a kit with outer bearing in the same package not pressed in like the inner bearing.I have pictures showing the tapered bearing was put on wrong.Wittness to call I received Thursday and all the nonsense cussing my steering on my boat was broke I had no fishing poles so their response is completely inaccurate.Only thing positive that can come from this is the public gets to know the real wythville auto and truck repair before they get ripped off like I did

[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] called Auto Enhance on Wednesday I Rick T [redacted] Auto Enhance manager took the call, [redacted] said he had a P0332code on his Chevrolet Silverado which was a bank two knock sensorHe said he did the research and found it wasbest to replace both sensors and harness at the same time, I told him I always recommend to do them because you'realready in the area and age can take effect on all thingsHe said he would drop off his vehicle on Friday and I told himwe could get it done by Saturday and the estimate for repair was over $ [redacted] asked if we could do it for $evenwhich we agreed to and [redacted] dropped his vehicle off on that FridayWe used aftermarket knock sensors and a dorminbrand harness all parts used did meat factory specs for the year make and model vehicleWe completed the job ***picked up his vehicle on a Saturday unfortunately payment for the repair did not come through untildays later due toa billing errorApproximately to days later [redacted] called back saying his vehicle was throwing his check engine lightbasically doing the same thing it was prior to the repair we provided, I asked [redacted] to return so I could do a check Enginelight scan after the scan [redacted] was shown the information and agreed that The crank positioning sensor possibly could bethe cause, while listening to the motor run during diagnosis I noticed in engine knock when I asked [redacted] he said if youbeen doing that for a while [redacted] agreed to have the crank positioning sensor replaced since we had already done therepair on the knock sensors and harness after repair was complete his light came back on [redacted] went and got a diagnosisdone by an independent repair facility that diagnostic came back saying the knock sensors were bad [redacted] returned toAuto Enhance and insisted that we replace the parts we had just replaced with name brand AC Delco sensors in goodfaith we covered the cost of those sensors and replace them at no chargeThe vehicle is throwing the same code afterall ofthe repairs have been completed.We feel the repairs he instructed us to complete were completed properlyWe even did the additional AC Delco parts atno chargeWe appreciate Mr [redacted] 's business but feel we have more than lived up to our obligation.Sent from my iPhone

I responded with a message to rylee on Friday - he didn't replyI called him on Monday , we spoked and He asked for receipts again I mentioned that I had dropped off at his office a while back and to give me his fax so I could fax to him asap No refund was mention I'm still waiting Sincerely,*** ***

The owner bought his own hub assembly and would not let the shop by parts, so we told him he needed to buy a new axle assembly, hub assemly and u-bolts, and the customer refused and bought his own parts from tractor supply and insisted the shop installed so he could go fishingAnd there is no way
to put the bearing in backwards

Had to tow him twice and is why he got two tow bills His insurance company paid for both, he's just trying to get money.*** ***

I paid on 8/9/2016   $784.72 for a window repair and asked to check my brakes ... I was sold a window switch and a strong arm repair . I didn't  have enough money to fix breaks but  fixed the window. We been going back and forth with this disputed and auto enhance has stated the owners where on vacation twice . They have pass me back and forth to different managers  until I when to Revdex.com. Auto enhance said they would not refund me and now as of today feb 1  2017 , owner said the would refund me $435 . I was more the fair to ask for $650 . In actually, I was ripped off, scam , no one would step up and speak to me . $650 is half of each bill that I paid with them . Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:There was no contact made on 5/31/16 we have no records of any calls being made about the parts not being found or about moving forward. We are wanting a full refund of what we paid so we can have the car fixed right or we will file a small claims with Washington court. It has been going on for way to long 27th only ever getting one phone call for the business. There are note things in the car that need to be fixed then what they are wanting to fixed. This is very frustrating and disappointing. If the car is not fixed and fuctional soon a small claim will be filed.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: we have spoken with him about getting the car fixed once he had received all of the parts necessary to complete the job. He said he would return a call to us upon the ordering of the part to set up a new date to take the car in and that was on 5/19/2016 and 5/20/2016. We still have not heard back from him. We call all day yesterday and left a message as well as today we were supposed to drop it off on 5/23/16. It was discussed that the car would not be drop off until all parts we recived.Sincerely,[redacted]
