***Ordered a set of running boards for my ***Shipping was nice and fast, but when I received the boards and the brackets, I noticed that the labels on the box for the brackets said 09-***I thought that maybe they would be the same so I climbed under the truckThey were not even closeTried to call AutoEQ and got nothingCalled and called again, still nothingEmailed and finally received an email saying that they were very sorry and to send pictures of the box which I didNever heard anything backCalled for two days straight and could not get through to anyoneFinally got through and they said they would send out the proper brackets with a return label for the wrong onesGot home today to find the new brackets, but low and behold they were the exact same ones! For a 2009-***! Called and called and called, no answerSomeone finally got back to me and didn't seem to care that I was very upsetAsked for a refund and all he said was "not a problem I will send out a return label" ***
