I am responding to a complaint against my business Auto Exchange by [redacted] Auto exchange is a used car dealership located at the above addressSometime at the beginning of the month (sept.) [redacted] came to our dealership to purchase a used car ( [redacted] ) and traded in her [redacted] She took all her valuables in her car and signed all the required documents for the new car car with Jason one of our sales repsNew York state law requires that every car dealer must get the car inspected and make sure that the car is safe before retailing it to a user or customerAs of the time of the transaction, this said [redacted] was not inspectedWe took the car to an inspection station just to find out that the monitors were not ready and we need to drive the car around so that the monitors will resetThis driving circle takes a lot of timeJason advised [redacted] that her car will not be ready as promised and assured her that if we could not get it ready the next day we will provide her a rental carThe next day we could not get the car ready and we made arranged for a rental but [redacted] turned down the offer and requested to cancel the deal, which was cancelled Finally, [redacted] came with her boyfriend to our dealership on the 09/15/to pickup her [redacted] with the registration plate on the carRegards Udoka Okalanwa owner, Auto Exchange

2002 [redacted]. She took all her valuables in her car and signed all the required documents for the new car car with Jason one of our sales reps. New York state law requires that every car dealer must get the car inspected and make sure that the car is safe before retailing it to a user or customer. As of the time of the transaction, this said 2006 [redacted] was not inspected. We took the car to an inspection station just to find out that the monitors were not ready and we need to drive the car around so that the monitors will reset. This driving circle takes a lot of time. Jason advised [redacted] that her car will not be ready as promised and assured her that if we could not get it ready the next day we will provide her a rental car. The next day we could not get the car ready and we made arranged for a rental but [redacted] turned down the offer and requested to cancel the deal, which was cancelled.  Finally, [redacted] came with her boyfriend to our dealership on the 09/15/15 to pickup her 2002 [redacted] with the registration plate on the car.
