I am rejecting this response because:I should be refunded the amount taxed on $1798.00, just like any business should refund the price of the purchase and the amount of tax they charged on the item You can't just keep the sales tax Isn't that tax fraud? I am owed back the taxed amount that Auto Experts of Utah charged me extra for adding the $onto the total purchase price of the car I have worked in retail and in customer service and when we refunded an item, we also refunded the sales tax It is not honest if you keep the sales tax For example, if you bought a couch and it cost $200, and you paid $for the couch after taxes, and you returned the couch to the store, then they would have to pay you back the full $ They can't just keep the $as their money to pocket Legally you have to return the taxed amount or that is dishonest and should be reported Please refund me the taxed amount

Refund was finally received and it took a good months.For anybody new that is going to this business, please be aware that they won't tell you part of the agreement for the extended
warranty is you only have days to cancel from when you first agree to sign up for that extended warrantyIt's going to take a lot of pushing from your end if you found out later (after days) that you no longer want this warranty and want to get your refunds

I would like to address this complaint. On our website, we have listed all of our inventory accompanied with around 40 pictures highlighting the options on that vehicle. Not all of our vehicles come equipped with all of the options available so we include on each vehicle page all of the options...

available on that particular year, make, and model. That list is headed under that vehicle options. We do this so that if our vehicle doesn't have all of the options our guests request then they can see whether or not they are available. We want to make sure our guests purchase the vehicle they want whether it is in our inventory or not. With our advertisement showing the vehicle, multiple pictures attached, and the interested party inspecting and test driving the vehicle, we feel we amply represent our products.When this person put money down they were told that the deposit was non refundable, however, they would be able to apply the deposit towards the purchase of another vehicle. They were told by the salesman that he would allow them 3 days to decide and if they decided within those 3 days that they didn't want another vehicle then he would have their money refunded. The 3 days surpassed with no decision from them so it was once again non refundable. The customer cancelled their deposit check and we did not go after that money as we didn't want to continue this problem any longer. They are not owed any money from us as they cancelled their check.We feel we did everything possible to accommodate this guest.

The only thing we are supposed to refund is the Warranty amount which is $1,795.00. Sales tax is already paid. Customer was never forced to buy anything or finance anything. She asked to get the warranty and finance it instead of paying cash...
