Hello,Yes we sold the vehicle to Mr*** *** on 12/03/Next day Mr*** was supposed to bring more stipulation to support his incomeDays past by could not provide the income verificationSo we had to submit the deal to another bank who goes around it, so we didWhen bank called
Mr***, he mentioned that the car is not for him, its for his grandson *** (also as you can see that this complain was not filed by Mr***, it was filed by ***)When we found out that bank rejected the deal due to STRAW purchase, we contacted Mr*** many time and said that he will let *** know thatAt this point two weeks went by and we have not heard back from either Mr*** or ***We had no other choice but repossessed the vehicle at this point based on the retail installment contractWithin that time period they drove the car more than milesBased on the bailment policy, Mr*** owes the dealership lot more money then the $down paymentUnfortunately, he will not get anything back Thank you,Auto Expo Houston

There was nothing about the previous statementBased on the email address is provided, this email address is linked to ***'s nameInclusion, no money will be refunded since the customer used the vehicle for almost a month and drove over miles

Unfortunately, there is nothing more to add to the situation that happened with Mr***According to previous complaint, I thought he never wanted the car back from us, but if he interested to have the car back more than welcome to contact the dealership to make an arrangement Thank you,

Sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted] had to complaint to Revdex.com about this matter. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] had breach the sales contract by not performing accordingly. He had violated the contract by failing to provide vehicle insurance (page 3 of the contract) and being default on...

his installment payment ( page 4 of the contract). All of this were explained to him in person when he came to the dealership on 04/18/2015 to make his late payment for month of March. He promised to provide the insurance same day later (04/18/2015) by phone since he did not have the information with him at the time. Mr. [redacted] was also well aware of the difference between late fee charge and being default on payments on the contract since this was explained to him several time (please see attached activity report). After several communication and attempt to collect the insurance, he still failed to comply his promises and the terms of our sales contract. Unfortunately, we had no choices but repossess his vehicle, which was recovered on 04/25/2015.At this point Mr. [redacted] can get the vehicle back before we sell it by paying the entire amount he owes on the contract. This amount is currently $4626.90, but may go up if our expenses go up (please see attached file for the letter sent to the buyer). Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
Regards,
I am sorry to inform you that Auto Expo are not telling the truth. yes I did spoke to the man.  the man explained to me that I have to have full coverage insurance which is I told him that I do he told me that he has to be on the policy as the lien owner I told him that since I have to renew my policy on that Friday I will bring him my insurance with him as the owner on the policy he got upset start talking to me like I was crazy so I told him I was just bring it to him when I get it.we then finish the other thing that we was talking about and I do not have no past due balance because he came and picked up my vehicle two days after my note was due I talked to him the next day and told him that I was coming to bring him my payment and also the insurance that I had on it. now that he have my car I had to go back and cancel the insurance all because he wanted to be A mean person. now I have the same contract he have I read it and it states that he has to be on the insurance as a lien on it so I was doing with he and his contract said he still came and got my car.  I don't see why I have to pay the whole balance of the vehicle out just to get my vehicle when he told me that I can just pay the tow  fee and the payment that I supposed to make now he's trying to get at me as a vendetta because I reported him to the Revdex.com.

Sent: Tuesday, January 17, 2017 5:24 PMSubject: Re: Complaint ID #[redacted] I had an approval, I paid my down payment, brought required documents, and have a sales agreement contract! I am still supposed to be in possession of the vehicle. Therefore if they have the car and have my property of money then they are committing theft. I'm 82 years old and have no need for a email address but due to the inconvenience and contact purposes I am using [redacted]'s email address which has nothing to do with the case. Also yes I did drive the car for three weeks after the purchase because it was my car to drive! Basically Auto Expo Houston is saying that if someone purchases a car from them they can't drive it which makes no sense at all. It seems like they're saying that if someone purchases a vehicle from them that the buyer can't drive the vehicle
