It was an honest mistake made by Gino I hope that you realize that and make things right by sending us the amount due ($500.00) to Auto Expo.Good luck to you. Thanks,Adam H***General Manager

I am the one that sent you this response that I received, attached to my e-mail (shown again below The dealership did not send this to you The dealership sent it to me I sent it to youAs long as I am now left alone, you can close it Read below:Good Afternoon,I contacted the Virginia licensing board and they were able to assist, directing the dealership to process my title and tags as per contract Dealership complied and I received my tags in the mail this week However, along with the tags was a request to pay $"due" I'm attaching that letter here While I have received everything as per contract and am satisfied, I'm not sure if dealership is ready to drop this matter, or if I will be subject to further intimidation and harassment Please leave this case open for the time being Thank you*** ***

[redacted], filled the application to finance this vehicle with Auto Expo on 03/27/2017, I Adam, got her approved and attached is the approval with the price clearly at $7495 plus all the fees, taxes and registration added on.  The down payment was $2500 for the approval which I got for...

her.  Then, she came and understood that the price of the vehicle was $7495 and took a purchase order from Gino and got only a discount of $150 for being a [redacted] customer and we give her the warranty free of charge.  I am attaching the approval which shows the prices.  Gino, when giving her a purchase order made a mistake when entering the numbers.  [redacted], knowing took advantage of an honest mistake and run with it.  Then I spoke with her and explained the situation and she did tell me that she knew the price was $7495 and that she only got a discount of $150, but yet knowingly did not tell Gino that he had made a mistake on the price by a $1000.00.  When I talked to [redacted] she told me that she will talk to her and husband and call us back to send us a check for $500.  [redacted] never called so I tried calling her she ignored my calls and texts.  She clearly wants to take advantage of an honest mistake.  We are an online dealer we simply do not have a mark up of $3000 to then negotiate a $1000.  The market value on the vehicle is $7650 it only has 73862 miles on it with all the features. http://www.autoexposales.com/used-2006-[redacted]-Luxury-Premier-manassas-virgin...   All we are asking is to split the difference of $1000.00 and send us a check for $500.00.  This would be the fair thing to do to correct an honest mistake.

I am rejecting this response because:
It was repossessed for non-payment after I made arrangements with [redacted]. I only owed one payment of $175. Of course I am behind two payments now because you took the car like snakes and wanted me to pay almost $600 to get it back. I do not agree with the response, you prey on people who can’t defend themselves and been getting away with it. Again [redacted] is a liar and so is [redacted]. Who is [redacted]? You had a man drive off with my car, lie and say it would be easier to let him drive off with or the tow would cost over $500. And it still was almost $600. You got almost $5000 thousand dollars out of a single mother with three kids who was evicted last year, I’m trying to do the right thing, I worked all year long last year for that money to get a car and here you come along and take it like rape. I do not have that much money lying around, I live paycheck to paycheck. My chances of keeping steady employment are slim without a car. I can’t believe this has happened to me. I only owed $175 for 4-15-2015 and made arrangements. Made arrangements for the 30th, you came and took the car on the 28th. Now I owe $780? I am so drained at this point, they need to better than that!
Regards,

To Revdex.com,This vehicle was repossessed for non-payment. Ms. [redacted] is currently two payments behind and soon to be three. No one lied to her and she is in default and that is why the vehicle was repossessed.  She can bring $780 cash to get her vehicle back as of 5/13/15.  Should you have any...

further questions, feel free to give us a call. Sincerely,[redacted] - Auto Expo

To Revdex.comMr. [redacted] signed a binding contract/purchase order to purchase 2007 MiniCooper. We have been holding this vehicle for him to pay balance of monies due as contractually agreed to.  This vehicle was taken off the market for Mr. [redacted] as he kept making paypments toward the down payment...

required.  Mr. [redacted] signed a contract on 11-15-14 that clearly states "Non-Refundable Deposit All monies paid will be applied to this vehicle & No refunds." This was clearly written on contract and Mr. [redacted] signed in (3) separate times on the contract & layway form agreeing to such terms. He can pick up this vehicle when the balance of monies are paid and NO refunds will be given back as this vehicle has been held for over a year for him to pick up. He can pay the $1650 still due and pick up the vehicle that he contractually agreed to purchase over a year ago & take off the lot before storage fees are applied.

I am rejecting this response because:I never received a copy of my contract. I asked for a copy several times during making my payments. Every time they couldn't give me a copy. During the contract signing I was advised that if any reason I couldn't make payment or needed to have my money back I would get it back but minus the down payment of $250. He advised me that it'll be easy simplely come back an let them know of my situation an they'll deduct the down payment. When I finally met with the owner on December 17th 2015. He never mentioned anything about a total non refund. When we met he talked about I wouldn't get my total amount of $1,350. He advised me of his financing company flooring fee would have to be deducted from the amount along with the down payment. Once I found out that the financing company he was talking about had let go of Auto Expo a few months before. Now the Owner John is claiming I signed a contract that (which I never received a copy of) states a no refund policy. This is not how a owner of a LLC in the state of Ohio is suppose to conduct himself. He keeps Lying an making up different stories just to keep my $1,350. I'm thinking a complaint to the IRS should also be filled in regards to fees being applied from company That he's no longer apart of. I just want my $1,350 back an be done with this nightmare company. Been trying to get my money back since October 29 2015.

5-22-15Dear Revdex.com,Ms. [redacted] has numerous inaccurate statements in her response. First, she states she has paid almost $5000 towards the vehicle when she has paid $3000 down and $700 in payments. Secondly the vehicle was repossessed since she was behind and we have (7) documented times where we left messages and no one picked up or returned the calls. She has not made a payment since 4-7-15 and she is current (3) payments behind and soon to be (4) behind. We do not prey on people and we have been in the same location for 15 years with thousands of vehicles sold! If Ms. [redacted] wants her vehicle back we can give her a current figure to get it out, otherwise her slanderous, unfounded claims will no longer be replied to as they are false and highly slanderous.Sincerely,[redacted]Auto Expo

Dear Revdex.com,We have contacted this customer and offered her a warranty on the vehicle at no cost to help her out. After notifying her of this, she stated she was satisfied with the resolution we offered her. Should you have any other questions, feel free to contact us. The warranty is through [redacted]...

Corp & paid for already.Sincerely,[redacted]Auto Expo

Thank you for sending this complaint to us for review. This customer purchased the vehicle back on 2-21-15. Scheduled payments were to be made every two weeks (bi-weekly) beginning March 15, 2015. ($200 payment Bi-weekly). When we called for payments, all phones were disconnected and we even called...

Ms. [redacted]'s work ([redacted]) and they stated she was no longer employed there. No payments were ever made on the vehicle as agreed to and we were unable to contact anyone associated with this vehicle. At that point we sent out notice that if the vehicle was not paid and caught up to date, it would be sent to repossession auction at [redacted]. Vehicle was sold at repossession auction and there is still a deficiency amount due on the vehicle.
