Sold me a car on Ebay shipped from fla to stl. When The day after I got the car,It left me stranded and again two days later.
I found this car on EBAY. We agreed on a price. I wanted to close the deal thru EBAY but he said he'd have to charge me $250 MORE. I thought all charges where included in the price. He made no statement to the contrary in his ad.

The owner, TOM told me it was great car but it had no warranty and shipped it from ft. meyers to me in St. Louis.
The day after I got the car I was stranded and two days later stranded again. The repair shop found many problems and the list was sent twice
to the owner and manager. I was ignored both times.

We understand what no warranty means, but we have a case of fraud here. For instance, we were told there were two keys, there were only one.We The owners manual set, contrary to what they said, was incomplete. The battery was 7 years old and the front wheel is CRACKED. (could be very serious) etc....idle valve, water hose sensor, engine oil leak, power steering pump leaking, rear view mirror not clear...possible rear end accident.

Since I did not actually see the car, where this stuff would be obvious, I was taken advantage of.

It is amazing that a dealer that sells high end cars would let this slip thru the cracks. It is unlikely that a car that had "34,000 miles could have all these problems."I am very disappointed.

I know they will hang on the "sold as is" but this unethical. Once you lose your integrity, everything else is a piece of cake.

I am sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with your experience here at Auto Express South. We strive to have excellent customer service and relations which I'm sure you saw evident in our reviews. While you did find the listing on eBay we use eBay as a selling platform and some vehicles do sell outside this platform. Also the fee you are referring to is our documentation fee, which you refused to pay anyways (sent wire transfer less documentation fee and wanted money refunded if we did not absorb fee.) We gladly absorbed the cost of this fee in good faith. You are correct in stating that our vehicles are sold as is but we do inspect all our vehicle to ensure they are in working and safe mechanical condition. The AS IS condition of a vehicle is quite common among selling used cars. Please feel free to check with your local car dealerships.

***, you did email us here at Auto Express after your vehicle was delivered saying you had a few minor concerns with the vehicle. We responded back immediately asking you to give us a call so that we could assist you in addressing these small concerns ( I would be happy to attach our email correspondence). I also personally reached out via phone four times trying to reach you & resolve the problem.I assure you that your claims were not ignored. You have not been responsive. I cannot fix a problem for you if you do answer your phone. This was an ongoing issue that seemed fairly prevalent throughout this transaction which took over 40 days on your side to complete. Again we were patient and worked with you on a daily basis throughout the sale process.

As far as your mechanics claims that the vehicle had the following issues, I would encourage you to get a second opinion before moving forward with those costly repairs. We have not seen one written repair order or estimate just bits and pieces we've have to piece together in your emails. All of our automobiles are thoroughly inspected in our service department upon arrival. I personally drove this vehicle 100+ miles and can attest it was an absolutely gorgeous and outstanding 34,000 mile 2004 BMW 645ci. We have bought and sold numerous of these vehicles and this was one of the nicest I have seen.

Again, I do apologize that you were unhappy with your vehicle. I'm not sure if its buyers remorse or you are looking for a discount after the sale. We sell lots of vehicles to tons of happy customers and we are very fortunate to earn their business. As we have instructed please feel free to reach out to us and we'd be happy to go over some of your concerns when we get some more clarity on them.
