[redacted] order was placed on 8/14/2015. This order was shipped on 8/14 with tracking ID: [redacted]. This tracking number has been recycled by USPS due to the time passed....

[redacted] eBay user ID: [redacted], shows that no contact was made through eBay's messaging system, nor a return requested.  As for the return on this order. [redacted] has stated that she was given just an address to ship this back to. For every return we authorize, we issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization) code. She is not able to provide this code, nor the tracking number for her return shipment. We have a 30 day return policy, and with the eBay and PayPal payment system, there is an availability to issue a refund up to 60 days after a transaction. At this point, we are far outside that window, and I am not able to provide a refund on this item. We have asked [redacted] in multiple emails to provide us with the tracking number, RMA code, or simply proof of return, but have received no such information.

5 years ago My check engine light on my Honda oddessy came on and car stopped. I was refered to Auto Express by a freid. Manager ([redacted]) towed the car to his shop and checked the engine and it was the transmission. I had 130000 mile on it. Dealer coat was $4000. He replaced the parts and car is been running since then. I have 230000 mile on the car now.Cost was fraction of dealer cost. I have been taking my other car to him for standard maintenance.
He was very knowlegable and grate customer service. Greate place and very affordable..

I am responding to Complaint # [redacted] from Mr. [redacted].Mr. [redacted] purchased a 1995 Peterbilt 377 Dump Truck (with 1.2 million miles, as-is and no warranty) on August 21, 2013 for $19,000.00 after discount (originally $19, 900.00) from AUTO EXPRESS. We also gave Mr. [redacted] a free delivery (transportation fees should have been $900.00) of the truck to a selected location in North Carolina (300 miles). Mr. [redacted]accepted the truck. He called to complain that the truck had developed a fuel leak (if it had, the repairs should have cost approximately $75.00 - $100.00 to repair), but he stated that it would be $800.00 to correct the leak. I sent him a $500.00 çheck (# [redacted]) which he accepted. Mr. [redacted] put the truck to work and then claimed it threw the u-joint out. He sent me an invoice, in someone else's name, claiming it was $3,000.00 to repair. Again, if this problem did occur, the charges should have been in the $500.00 - $800.00 range to repair. I sent him another $500.00 check (#[redacted]) which he accepted and he thanked me for my help and told me I would never hear from him again.I have given Mr. [redacted], through discounts and checks, a total of $2,800.00, therefore, I am denying the charges Mr. [redacted] has stated. My name is [redacted], I work at a local auto glass shop and we bring all our work vehicles here. This is the only shop I've taken even my own personal car to that I feel comfortable leaving it. I recently had my check engine light come on, so I dropped it off to run a diagnostic test which was cheaper here than any other shop in the area. They called me back quickly to notify me of the problem, luckily it was an easy fix. They replaced the damaged parts and took pictures of potentially problem areas to show me. They even saved the old parts they replaced to show me when I got there later that day which was awesome because I was able to see exactly what was fixed. Really affordable great local shop.

I've been bringing my 2003 Honda Civic to Auto Express for a couple of years for my regular oil changes and SMOG. They were recommended to me by a very loyal customer so I decided to try them out and have been impressed with their knowledge and commitment to good customer service ever since!
Last year I had some major problems with my car and [redacted] was very detail-oriented in explaining the specific issues with my car, what he was going to repair and the breakdown of the cost so I wasn't surprised! I will continue to bring my car back to Auto Express for years to come and will recommend their shop to anyone requiring vehicle repairs!

Last year I had an accident on 80 BUSS in sacramento. My car front end was completely gone. I towed the car to Auto Express. I told him that I am student and on a fixed income. I dropped the car on Thursday afternoon and by Monday all were repaired. new radiator and hoses, new hood, paint, repaired all bent metal frame and all new light and air condition coolent for $1200. I was so happy. I am still driving the car and have not had any problem. Greate mechanic. I would recomment it to everybody. Thanks [redacted]
