contacted directly by Auto Factors, Inc regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
As of today, I still have not received my vehicle's title

Review: I had an auto loan with this company which I paid the final payment on Sept. *, 2015. I contacted the account manager, Lynn P[redacted], at that time to ensure she had the correct address to mail the title to as well as asking for her to make sure my credit report was updated to show the payoff on the loan. She informed me that she would mail the title and that the credit reporting agencies would be updated at the end of the month.

I did not receive the title until Sept. **, 2015 and noticed that they were still listed as lienholders on it and had not signed off on it (so that I could get a new title without a lienholder listed). I contacted Lynn P[redacted] again and she said to send it back and they'd sign it and return it to me right away. I mailed it to her on Sept. ** 2015. On Oct. * 2015 she let me know that she'd signed and mailed it back to me [redacted] Priority mail.

When I still had not received the title by Oct. * 2015 I again contacted Lynn P[redacted] and let her know. She responded that she had sent it out [redacted] Priority mail but that the postal service must have lost it so she would apply for a replacement title. I asked her if she'd checked the tracking number she would have received when she sent it out and she so far has not responded.

Also, as of Oct. * 2015 the credit reporting agencies had not been notified that the account was paid in full.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to help resolve this issue since I am left feeling like I am dealing with a disreputable business. I require a clear title to my vehicle (with no lienholder listed) and the credit reporting agencies updated as to the payoff of the loan.
