AUTO FIELD CORP :Our facts in reference to [redacted] complaint .1- Customer Purchase a 2003 Acura TL , The car was in a very good condition.It passed the [redacted] State safety and emission inspection without any issues .2- 11 years old car with over 80000 miles in [redacted] State preowned law...

warranty is " one month or 1000 mile", whatever comes first.when the customer had issue with his car, it was over 30 days and one 1000 miles.It was well over the required limit,neverthe less, we advised the customer to visit our office and we will settle the issue in a fair, reasonable manner. We would like to see our customers happy becuase the nature of our business is customer services . A happy customer brings more customer and that means more business for us. Review: I just purchase a car from auto field corps only had the car for a month and a half the transmission failed on car when I tryed to call back they told me I only had a month warrenty they refused to fix or exchange car now im stuck trying to pay for tranmission out of my pocket which I cant afford and still have to pay car paymentsDesired Settlement: replace or refund my money

Review: I purchased a car from this particular dealer Autofield Corporation under the contingent that everything was fine and it was a highway safe vehicle and they sold the car under false pre-tenses and will not honor the Implied Warranty that came with the car. The car was blatantly misrepresented when the vehicle was sold.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the paid amount for the vehicle

Review: On The [redacted] of May 2014 I purchased a used vehicle from Auto Field Corp. it was missing one rear head rest, I was told and also it was written in the contract receipt voucher # [redacted] that I will recive it the next week. I waited 2weeks to call to see if it was ready. I was told by [redacted] it was not ready .. If I could wait another week or two.. I waited 3 weeks n then went In person to see if it was there. But I was told it was ordered on [redacted] And when it came it was the wrong one.. They told me they will get it to me by next week again .. I waited one month this time and when I went there it was another story .. They're trying to get back their money from [redacted]..I told them the dealer has it , they said it too expensive from them( the dealer) I have reach the end of the run a round.. So plz. Help me before I take legal action.Desired Settlement: Honor the contract agreement

Review: I traded in a vehicle and purchased a new vehicle from this company in june of 2015. Almost 2 months later im still being contacted by my previous loan company saying the vehicle was never paid off for and this is going on my credit report. I have contacted the person who sold me the car about 3 times now about this situation and he told me his accountant is ontop of it. Also the day we purchased the car I got home and parked it, went back in to go to the store and the battery was dead. I spent $200 purchasing a new battery not to mention another $150 towing the vehicle. Also a lot of sensors and problems were occuring within a month of having the car and they made me pay out of pocket saying nothing was covered under their limited 90 day warranty.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay off ** financial. I trusted these people and they scammed me. Im a hard working young woman and I cannot afford to pay for two car loans. Especially for a car I no longer have.

Review: I bought an Audi A8L from NY Auto Field Corp and the transmission was weak. I kept taking the car to them to get them to look at it but they kept acting as if it was a minor issue. Finally I took the car back to them and the recommended me to a mechanic. Their mechanic told me that the transmission was blown and I need a new one that would cost me $4000.00. I believe Auto Field new the transmission was faulty when they sold me the car. The car that I intially wanted was the 2004 Audi which had way less miles. However when I got there the paperwork they had drawn up was for the faulty car.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or a replacemnt vehicle. I would prefer the refund because I am appauled at how they are handling my situation.

Please see attached the supporting documents for my complaint. The car I wanted was $1,000.00 cheaper and had less mileage. When I got there he had the car that he sold me "ready". He told me that the car was a strong car and that I would be satisfied with it. I should have trusted my instinct and left the dealership but I thought he was a trustworthy person. I brought the car to them on numerous occasions for them to look at it and they kept brushing me off. The first time I brought it in because the check engine light came on. The second time I brought it in because I heard sounds when the transmission shifted.He told me that wasn't under warranty I really would like my money back. I know I am in debt with the bank now so if I could just get my down payment back which is just what I have to pay in order to get my transmission fixed. Basically he did a switcheroo on me.
