Regardless, and out of good business we are working with the customer to help him get his clutch and horn repaired despite evidence from our repair shop that the clutch failure was due to operator error. Review: I purchased a vehicle from the company in March 2012, and paid all monies due.

I received a hard inquiry on my credit once on 26 December 2013 and once on 26 January 2014. At the time I had completed a deployment to [redacted] and was now in Officer training in [redacted]. I did not understand why I received those inquiries.

I met with a Financial Advisor on board [redacted], who recommended contacting Base Legal should I hear from the company again.

On Tuesday 3/10/15 I received a text message saying "Good afternoon [redacted] my name is [redacted], I'm with auto finance experts in the auditing department could you please call me at your leisure regarding an outstanding balance that we have on our books thank you". I called the number, and left a message since no one replied, and also sent a text asking to be called back. A few minutes later [redacted] called me back and told me she would email me the bill that I still owe. I gave her my email address [redacted], and she said she would email it right away. I have not received anything via email.

I am very angry about the two hard inquiries on my credit and also about contacting me 3 years later saying I owe money to them when I have not even seen any paperwork. Also after 3 years to my knowledge there is no ground that makes me obligated to any payment.

What can I do to get this issue taken care of.Desired Settlement: To adjust their account to where I do not owe any money

To delete the two hard inquiries fro my credit report.

To no use my personal identifiable information at will and run my credit without my authorization.
