Review: I PURCHASHED A [redacted] FROM AUTO FIRST AND WE WERE TRAVELING WITH WORK THE FIRST WEEK OWNING IT SO NO ONE WAS DRIVING IT. I HEARD A NOISE IN THE BACK LEFT AROUND THE BRAKE AREA. SO WHEN I WENT INTO A SHOP TO HAVE A TRAILER HITCH INSTALLED AND GPS RADIO I ASKED THEM TO TELL ME WHAT THE NOISE WAS NOT FIX IT JUST LOOK SO I COULD LET AUTO FIRST KNOW WHEN I WENT IN. THE BACKING PLATE FOR THE EMERGANCY BRAKES WAS RUSTY AND FALLING APART AND MAKING A NOISE. MY HUSBAND CALLED IN TO AUTO FIRST TO TELL THEM AND THEY SAID THEY NEED TO SEE IT. I TOOK IT IN AND THEY TOOK ME HOME. SHORTLY AFTER WAS PICKED BACK UP. THE [redacted] WAS ON THE LIFT SO THEY TOOK ME OUT INTO THE GARGAGE TO SHOW ME THE PARTS WAS STURDY. I CALLED MY HUSBAND HE SAID THE SHOP THAT FOUND IT THEY SAID IT WAS BROKE BY THE AXLE SO I WAS LOOKING AT IT AND THE OWNER CAME OUT AND STARTED YELLING AT ME TO GET OUT OF THE GARGAGE FOR INSAURANCE PURPOSES I SAID THE OTHER GUY BROUGHT ME IN HE SAID YOU ARE TELLING SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. THEY PUSHED ME OUT OF THE GARGAGE AND SHUT THE DOOR THEN OPENED THE DOOR AND TOOK PICTURES AND BROUGHT DOWN OFF THE LIFT. THEY INFORMED ME THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR BY LOOKING AT IT WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED WHEN THEY INSPECTED IT. THEY SPOT WELDED THE BACKING PLATE BACK TOGETHER SO THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO FIX IT THE RIGHT WAY BY REPLACEING THE PARTS. SO I TOLD THEM THEY JERRY RIGGED IT NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING. THEN WAS TOLD TO LEAVE THE LOT. SO I WAS THROWED OUT OF THE GARGAGE THEN TOLD TO LEAVE THE LOT. WHEN I NEVER RAISED MY VIOCE OR WAS RUDE. THE OWNER WAS YELLING AND VERY EMTIONAL WHICH WAS CRAZY WHICH TELLS ME I WAS RIGHT AND IT MADE HIM UPSETDesired Settlement: WOULD LIKE NEW PARTS PUT ON INSTEAD OF WELDING THE RUSTED ONES

Please be advised that we looked at the 2006 [redacted] for [redacted] on August 7, 2014. Before entering the garage, we advised [redacted] that her warranty had expired because the mileage limitations were exceeded as she had put well over 1,000 miles on her vehicle which came with a 1,000 mile warranty. Nonetheless, we acted very good with [redacted] and informed her that we would look at her vehicle free of charge. Upon looking at her vehicle, her emergency brakes were perfectly fine and had plenty of life left. We even demonstrated this by applying the emergency brake in front of her when the vehicle went back outside. When we did this, she had nothing to say.Also, [redacted] does not understand that a non employee is not allowed to walk around in a garage area with heavy machinery and equipment. Upon ignoring our repeated requests to not walk next to the machinery, I asked her one last time and she finally complied.In conclusion, we offered [redacted] to look at her vehicle which we did at no charge, even after her warranty was expired. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Review: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:When I purchased the [redacted] it had 79868 miles on it and when they jerry rigged it I took a photo of the mileage for my own proof and it was 80515 which is 647 miles and that is 353 miles to go before 1000 miles so the problem should have been fixed the correct way not lied about. I have enclosed two pictures I took on the day of question. They should fix the problem instead of lying about itRegards,[redacted]

[redacted] keeps complaining of an item which was not a covered component under her warranty. As stated in the first letter, we checked her vehicle free of charge, in good faith. As far as performing any work for free for [redacted], unfortunately we cannot do this, as her warranty was an engine and transmission warranty only. Review: I Have Purchase a 2004 Nissan Maxim From auto first sometime in August 2013 when I test drove the car it made funny noise while the dealer man was in the car with me His exact words nothing to worry about he will fix it next day I come up to pick up my car next day thinking my car was fixed I did my paper work we discuss warranty and everything seem good I drove the car back to [redacted] 35 minutes away had No issues for about 3 days . Until I came to a complete stop at a stop sign my breaks made a loud noise over n over again every time I hit the breaks numerous times I called auto first never called me back basically tired to ignore the situation until I told them I no longer wanted the car so they said come up so they can fix it I did that 1 week past the date I got the car, they change my back roaders n breaks pads I left no noise got in to [redacted] it did the same exact noise I called them I had to come back up to AUTO FIRST they keep saying "its nothing to worry about "they put new roadersand breaks on front tires n change my wind shield wipers due to the fact the was scratch my windows I left auto first for the third time went back to [redacted] I say about a week I was calling auto first telling them the problem still occurring I come back up the dealer & I took it for a test drive he heard the noise n more noise when he made a sharp right turn the car was shaking we figured the car axle was bad he put a new one on I waited about 2 hours I test drove it the problem was fixed but my breaks is still making noise it got so bad my APS light & Break light is on Something is wrong with my car.. I call them numerous of time they will not fix my car around this time its a month or so I had the car still haven the same problem the day when I bought the car I was under the oppression mycar will be fixed I came out of pocket money to just see what wrong with my car .. and currently still haven these problem I need help on resolving this issue if not I no longer want the car.Desired Settlement: I would like my car fixed and approve there nothing wrong with the car and its safe for me to drive with my daughter in the car or a refund of my down payment and find a better business I do not want this to reflect my credit due to bad business and wrong information

This letter is in response to your letter dated October 29, 2013. [redacted]. [redacted] purchased her vehicle on August 17, 2013. The vehicle that was purchased ran fine for [redacted]. [redacted]. She had called in to our shop sometime in October to set up an appointment to have her vehicle checked over. She asked us if her warranty was still in effect and we informed her it was not. Nonetheless, we still told [redacted]. [redacted] to bring her vehicle in and we would be more than happy to check it out for her free of charge. Upon checking the vehicle, we recommended that her Passenger front axle be replaced in the future although it was still perfectly fine. Upon her asking us if we would replace it for her to help her out, we were more than happy to do so. We not only replaced the passenger side, but also replaced the driver's side (so they match). Furthermore, we did all this at no charge to [redacted]. [redacted] at all (please see attached invoice). Please note, [redacted]. [redacted] put approximately 5,000 Miles on her vehicle since she purchased it. We did all this to help her out even though her warranty had expired in September yet she still complained?

11/6/13-I contacted Auto First 10-29-13 at 6:03,6:11pm,6:17pm,according to my phone records. No Answer. I called them Again 10/30/13 1:12 and 4:23pm no answer again. I call them 10/31 9:12 &9:16 am. I finally Spoke with Him told him the situation he told me word for word (he do not have any guys who work on ABS). After I had to go get a check over at Nissan & [redacted] transmission so they can read my abs light which I have documents for we figured when auto first put axle on my car they messed with ABS . There is ABS sensor on axle I never seen documentation of the axle that was put on the first time . He told me he will order a new axle and put it on I kindly repeated back to him what he told me he said his men dose not work on abs so I was confused on how he was fixing the problem for the second time so we disagreed. But I agree to give him a chance to fix his mess, we was schedule to go to auto first Tuesday 11/5/13 @10.30am He calls me 11/4/13 @ 1;30 pm Asking me am I still coming to get the car fix I said yes than he threaten me if I don't get rid of the Revdex.com complaint he will not fix my car. He told that he been doing business for 6 years and never had complaint I told him nicely that I filed the complaint due too poor business that you force me into a unsafe car.. He Demand I sign a paper saying I am satisfied with his work when I leave, I disagreed to the argument , he was very anger over the phone. I wasn't sure if he should even work on my car so he said come up at 230 -330pm Tuesday 11/5 so I said ok made arrangement My boyfriend an I Drove to auto first arrived around 245pm I took pictures of my mileage and pictures of my ABS & Break light on He got the car in came out showed me a new box of axle and we waited about 1 hour and half car was finish I went to start the car and the light was still on. He said that I have too drive the car for it to reset the ABS. I said ok. I drove it back to [redacted] 30 minutes away abs an break light still on. Every time Auto first touch the car something else goes wrong. Now ever time I start my car it stalls on me. I have to start it 2/3 times and rev the gas for it to stay on. I am rejecting this response because: I Did Not contact Auto First in October , I contacted them 2 days after My Purchase of the car sale so around August 19, & two week after that I was at Auto first about 5 visit , When I was up there I recall the owner told me " Don't tell the bank I came up for repairs if they call you " I ask why but never understood until now , Another reason I rejected I never ask about my warranty because it was 2 day after I purchase the car , I heard the noise on the car Aug. 17 he told me it will b fix and he promise . He claim I put 5000 miles on my car when I originally got the car he put down in writing wrong miles my car had 86,528 when I purchase the car

I have A picture of there service sticker below in the attachments as of today my car has about 88,000 there no way I put 7000 miles on my car less than 2 month this car is not even safe for road trips with bad break pad that auto told me they were new break pads on and I had to take it to Nissan dealer to actually see what wrong with my car. I will see if I can get my phone records from Sprint I called auto first over n over since August 19 2013 it been northing but wrong information . My car is currently still not fixed lights still on and more problem's since they touch my car & Auto first is the only people who actually worked on my car. The pelican finance the bank with auto first have doucmation of me calling them about auto first feel free to contact them if anything . I disagree with there response .

Review: Complaint against Auto First

Hello my name is [redacted] I am a single mother of 1. I work 2 jobs and I’m in need of some help. I purchased a Nisan Armada at the end July 2013 because I needed to get out of my leased vehicle. I dealt with [redacted] and [redacted] at Auto first. I put down 1500.00 to get the truck, with the understanding that the truck would be running in good condition once I picked it up. There were a few things I noticed when I initially went to look at the truck, some cosmetics issues and some electrical problems. The biggest issues were the horn not working, the back window on the passenger’s side did not slide down when controlling it from the driver’s seat, the air in the rear seats was not working, the hatch did not come up while pushing the release button, and there was a lot of noise coming from underneath while going over bumps. The inspection date on the vehicle is June 2014. We all know that a car cannot pass inspection if the horn doesn't work and if you have suspension problems. Before buying the car I told the salesmen that I would like these things fixed before purchasing the car. When I went to pick up the car they told me that the car was all ready to go and there were no issues. They said it was inspected and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. After I checked out everything ( all of my demands) I noticed that the back window was still not working and the noise coming from under the car was still there. They told me that I would have to come back over to the dealership when the mechanic was there. So I did just that ( and called them numerous times complaining about the car. After visiting the dealership 3 times with my concerns they still insisted on telling me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. So I went to another mechanic and they told me that I was hearing that noise because I was going to need Struts, Ball Joints, and Control Arms. This is all part of the suspension and very expensive, this could amount to about 3000.00. The passengers’ window is also expensive, I did a price check on the window and Nisan told me it was going to cost me about 375.00 for a master switch with labor. Then the dealership told me that I am responsible for paying the taxes and tags, so I said well all of the other cars I have financed the taxes and tags were always tied into my loan. They told me no that is not true. I did some research by talking to different car dealerships to see if this was true and came with the conclusion that Auto first is trying to rip me off. My taxes and tags came out to a little over 1100.00. Something told me to contact [redacted] and my finance company. Well Penndot told me that my taxes and tags were paid on 9/26/2013, and I do not owe the dealer anything. I called my finance company and they told me the same thing. Auto first is harassing me; they say I owe them for the taxes and tags in which I do not! I’m furious because I have been ripped off. My intentions were to get a good car that can get me from A to B not get ripped off. They are also committing Bank Fraud because they told the bank that I put down 2500.00 in which I put down 1500.00 to get the car. [redacted] at Auto first told me that they had to say I put down 2500.00 because the bank wasn't going to finance me with just 1500.00 down. I said well if that was the case then why did you tell me my down payment of 1500.00 was enough? Initially I was supposed to give them 2000.00 down, but I couldn't come up with that amount, so I called [redacted] and [redacted] to tell them that I wouldn't have 2000.00 and that I could put down 1500.00, they said okay no problem and by putting down 1500.00 it would make your payments a little higher than what we quoted you before. Before I purchased the car they told me 2000.00 down would make my payments 200.00 every 2 weeks. By putting down 1500.00 it made my payments 234.00 every 2 weeks. In which is essentially around 68 more dollars per month. I was fine with that. Auto first ripped me off, and they are committing Fraud by lying to the bank. I have all of my paper work showing the cash down payment of 2500.00 in which was a Lie. I also have my receipts showing that I paid 1500.00 down. Please help me I don't know what else to do other than report them. Auto first needs to be reprimanded for their fraudulent acts! They are committing fraud by telling the bank I put down 2500.00 in which I put down 1500.00. They are being deceptive by trying to make me pay out more money for the taxes and tags. My paper work shows that the taxes and tags are included within my loan and is subtracted off of the total price. Please respond to this complaint at your earliest convenience.
