Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] an response to the above case #ID [redacted] the giving information by Auto fix its not true and this will not resolve this issue..auto fix is not telling the truthful facts on about what happen to items missing from my vehicle .and the missing key;he is responsible and him alone for the missing items...I do have more facts to confirm this even the alleged work was not done to the car including smog the car would not even run properly it sounds like he is blaming the hydraulic shop '

To whom it may concern, This is in response to your letter concerning consumer complaint #*** about his Lowrider CadillacLast October, our business Auto Fix received a vehicle which engine compartment’s had caught on
fireAlso, the Lowrider was nearly on the ground because of its aftermarket hydraulic suspensionAfter we performed some mechanical repairs, the car needed electrical repairs on its engine harness and hydraulic suspension wasn’t workingWe contacted the customer to notify him about the electrical issues, and he gave us his approval to have his vehicle towed to an electrical shopAfter the electrical repairs were made, we contacted our customer to advise him that his vehicle’s electrical repairs were finishedIn addition, we also explained that hydraulic suspension repairs were also required to bring his vehicle to level so a test drive could be performed to ensure that the vehicle was readyAt the time, the car’s condition (suspension wise) was so low it was nearly on the groundThe customer was aware of the conditions and stated that he was looking for a hydraulic shop that his vehicle could be taken toHis vehicle remained at the electrical shop, and no word was heard until we reached out to him once againOnce in contact, he mentioned he was still looking for a hydraulic shopAlso, the customer had requested for us to pick up his vehicle from the electrical shop and have it towed to a SMOG check inspection because his car was unregisteredOnce the SMOG check inspection on his vehicle was completed, he once again notified us that he was still looking for a hydraulic shopAfter about a week, we contacted the customer regarding the hydraulic shop, and he asked for his vehicle to be taken to a specific hydraulic shopThe car was taken to the hydraulic shop that he had chosen, and a couple days later we received a call from the customer stating that his door key was missing, along with some hydraulic parts and a PlayStation that were in the trunk of his vehicleWhen the car was in our possession, locking the vehicle wasn’t necessary because our shop is indoors and secureThe mechanical and electrical repairs performed on the vehicle didn’t require the trunk to be openedFuthermore, we are sorry this incident happened, but he was aware that Auto Fix is not held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control because it is stated in the repair order that he signed Sincerely, Auto Fix
