I bought a used 2005 *** from Auto Galaxy in January 2019. It has been riddled with issues from day one, also causing it to be not in working order for 2 months. I brought it up to the business, they offered to look at it for free, then proceeded to charge me $300. I refused to pay, they then said it was free of charge. They said there were no problems, so I continued to drive it 12 miles a day, carefully. It kept having the same issues- again I took it out there and they tried to charge me $300 AGAIN to look at it- they "took care" of payment again- then said it would be $1,400 to fix a blown head gasket. I allowed them to work on it because something HAD TO be done. This was after having the vehicle for 6 months. Here I am- 10 months later (now October) and the vehicle is still overheating constantly and this business will do nothing except try to charge me for them to fix a car that they have no idea how to. Every time they look at it, something else is wrong on top of the original problem not actually being fixed. It is a never ending circle with this company.

We bought our son is first used car here and we are very very satisfied. Ken worked around our budget and he gave us an awesome deal. Ken did not take advantage of us. We had to handle a few things after we bought the car and Ken was there, assuring all will be taken care of.

We recently had to ship our son's car out of state, and because it was financed, and the transport company did not let us know we needed an authorization letter, Ken helped get what we needed in a short window. Words cannot express how much we appreciated that. We were in a difficult situation and Ken came through for us.
