Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I spoke with Sam and we went back-and-forth and our conversation in regards to the breakdown of the loan amountsOnce again I asked him to send me by email a breakdown of where my money wentHe replied that he did send it to me as he promised but I never received any thing from himHe only replied by email back to me once he received a complaint from your endIn the email that he sent me was one page before the warranty on the vehicle which was wrong because when I called the warranty company they said it's a contract that has pages and they were nice enough to email it to me on their own which I do haveThe other attachment that Sam did send me is a bill of sale and the numbers indicated on it is absolutely wrong because the cost of the vehicle was $42,and it indicates otherwiseAfter my conversation with Sam I told him that this is not the way to do business and I would like to come return my vehicle that I got from themI also told him I'm going to take back my vehicle but he told me there is no way that we can cancelAfter we spoke I sent him an email of an example of what a breakdown needs to look like of where my money's once so since then I have never heard back from them I do have a copy of the email that I could provide which I last sent Sam if neededWith my calculations as they promised that they would give me $32,for my old vehicle that I turned into them and with all the expenses over $is missing in monies of where I have no idea where it went In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I am sorry with the way you feel, however I too believe we are going back and forthAt the end of our last conversation you asked for the paperwork stating everything, I provided (i uploaded it in the Revdex.com ).then out of courtesy I even offered, (since you truly believed there was a warranty in the purchase price, although no proof of it) to get you an extented warranty at little to no cost to youplease consider my fair offer, and let us know.thank you

[redacted] [ [redacted] ] [redacted] *** [redacted] please be advised that I responeded to this complaint beforenevertheless, the consumer never purchased an extendted warranty, infact they signed something stating that they declined the purchase of a warrantythe paperwork does not indicate any purchase of a warranty however just to keep the consumer happey, have the consumer call me I would like to try to work something out to get them an extented warranty(at little, to no expense to the consumer) [redacted]

after speaking to our staff.we came to conclusion that all we need is a warranty cancelation form letter fax to you & sign by you inorder to send it to them & start the cancelation process thanks!
