Auto Gallery LLC refuses to accept these accusations due to the following : 1.Our salesman repeatedly asked Mr*** and His loan officer to contact us if the loan gets approved( both parties failed to do so ) The purchase agreement between Auto Gallery LLC and Mr*** was
never signed by him therefor there is nothing binding that requires us to hold the vehicleAt Auto Galley LLC we show vehicles BY APPOINTMENT ONLYMr*** showed up without an appointment or even a noticeWe try to describe the condition of our vehicles as accurate as possible to our customers when they call to inquireHowever we are not responsible for what Mr***'s personal expectations are of a year old, 109,mile vehicle. Mr*** was given first chance at the vehicle, test drove it and decided its not what he was expecting and wanted to " think about it " that is when we decided to sell the SUV to the other party that was waiting for his answerThe family who bought the vehicle took it for inspection at a professional mechanic shop prior to purchasingThey bought the vehicle AT LIST PRICE which clearly shows that they were happy with the inspection results. Conclusion : We do NOT owe Mr*** a $and a written apology for his lack of interest and coordination
