I was on the phone with an employee looking to set up an appointment to view vehicles given their internet deal on used cars.
I asked if there were any hidden fees I should know about and the sales representative indicated that because of COVID-19 they cannot answer those questions over the phone and must do in person appointments. This struck me as odd so I did additional digging and buried in a tiny grayed out print in an details section not present within the listing was the following language:

"All listings include a pre-installed LoJack device with 10 year warranty. A $695 transfer fee will be charged at the time of sale. No monthly monitoring fees are associated with the LoJack device.

All listings include a pre-installed Appearance Protection Product with 10 year warranty. A $1,395 fee will be charged at the time of sale. No monthly fees are associated with the Appearance Protection Product.

All listings include a pre-installed Theft Protection Product with a $5,000 Theft Benefit. A $895 fee will be charged at the time of sale. No monthly fees are associated with the Theft Protection Product"

This language was buried on their dealer website and not within the listing. The person I was speaking to KNEW I was looking to take a day off of work and drive 8 hours to come look at the vehicle. This is highly unethical and potentially illegal.

To whom it may concern, the listings are highly accurate. As there are additional products/protections/accessories added for a fixed priced, these should be itemized. Therefore we strike through the car only price, making it obvious to any viewer that this price is not a stand only valid price. Then we clearly disclose the additional products that have been installed on the vehicle. Due to covid, we perform more online and phone business. Only sales representatives are permitted to discuss pricing, customer service concierges role is solely to confirm availability of inventory and appointments.

Warning! do not buy a car from this dealership! I saw a car listed on their website that I liked. I called to see if I could make an appointment. Daisey was helping me and I asked her if there were going to be any additional fees. I told her I would like to know up front because I am traveling over 3 hours to get there. She promised me the online advertised price was the final price plus taxes.
When we got there our salesperson Jose warned us that the price you see online is not the price that we would get. That the management tells their staff to intentionally lie to there customers to get them through the door.
We asked to talk to the manager. So John the manager comes to the desk and immediately gives us some *** excuse on why he could never sell vehicles at the advertised price online. We were trying to explain to him that if you are going to do that why wouldn't they have told us that over the phone so we didnt waste our time and gas going to the dealership. We informed him we were going to buy two vehicles one for my wife and one for my mom. He said at that price you should buy 3 or 4. His arrogance was unbelievable. I had him bring up his ad online and asked him to show me where it says that you would have to pay the extra fees. He said that we do not put it there but only military get that price. I then asked him please show me where it says that. He was unable to do so.
The management here is very dishonest. They only honest person that we dealt with was Jose the salesman who was upfront with us from the beginning.

I went to Auto Gallery Mitsubishi Corona and I went there for a 2014 Dodge Dart that was listed as reduced sale price. I went to go look at the car with the assistance of Michael and Sam they both explained to me the miles were low and it runs amazing with all the essential needs and eco friendly! The same day I drive off I realize my air blowing high but HOT and I live in inland empire it was hell!! So I called them back the same day explaining the issue and they said for me to bring the car in the service department and get maintenance due to me just getting financed for the car 24 hours ago. So I came in! I pulled up in the service department to discuss the issue, then I realized I was being mislead! They called the salesman MICHAEL and asked him about the concerns I had and he was on speaker without his knowledge and laughed hysterically saying “That’s because there’s no AC Components” I immediately became upset because how does a car not have those components and you NOT tell me prior to getting financed. So now they aren’t answering my calls returning my calls or fixing the problem and it’s been 5 days!!! Someone help me and give me advice on how to handle this situation legally!

I went to this dealership to see a car listed with a purchase price of $8,975, only to get there amd test drive the vehicle and be told that there is a mandatory $3k add on total for items I do not want or need. I did not have the option to decline these add ons. It's very disappointing and misleading to list a vehicle with a low price only to tell your customers they have to pay an additional cost ! It should already included in the cost that the car is posted with. I drove over am hour in this pandamic only to be disappointed and left without a car.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. It was a good experience at the time. The sales person and everyone else were nice and friendly. There was an issue with a piece of the bumper that needed to be fixed and the representative assured me that they will take care of the issue. After the purchase, I had a go a few time but eventually they did replace the missing part of the bumper but in doing so, they did not reattach the bumper properly. I mentioned this to the dealer for about 10 days now. I m only getting a run around on this issue. There are some clips or nuts they forgot to reinstall when they were putting the bumper back. This was not a problem ever since the vehicle was fixed by the dealers. It is not even a major issue and I don’t appreciate that instead of taking care of this, they are giving me excuses and run around. I am 68 year old and I can’t figure cars out on my own. I just need them to take care of the issue that they have caused and fix my car. I am reaching out to you as I have tried to handle this on my own with the dealer without much success.
