Review: The verbal agreement price for the car does not match the amount that was placed on my contract. I was guided through the contract to focus only on certain areas. I was overcharged for a car. From the very first time I drove the car I noticed a series of problem which I brought to their attention My application was "shotgunned" which negatively affected credit score. My paperwork does even match the name of the locate that I picked up and saw the car. They really took advantage of me and sold me a car will tons of problem including transmission issues. My car spend majority of the time in the shop and they want me to make payments for something I didn't even get to drive or enjoy ! This is the most stressful situation of my life. I put $4,000 as a down payment and had me finance the same about of my college loans. That must me illegal ! I would never agree to something like that. They were determined to just sell me the car and I kept mentioning that this would be my first car. This is so unfair ! Worst of all the car still has the same issues ! *Lemon CarDesired Settlement: Return the car and I want my money back. I no longer want business with this company and its affiliates [redacted].

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Auto Gallery Motors has been resolved.Auto Gallery contacted me and I was able to return the car. They offered to put me in a different car and I now have a car that is more reliable. Although the car costed more it was a better choice. I'm much more relieved and had a better experience with the people at Auto Gallery. Thank you ! Sincerely,[redacted]
Review: I purchased a vehicle on 10-**-15 and prior to signing paperwork I advised the vehicle appeared to be very loud indicating potential mechanical issue. After the on site mechanic did a diagnostic I was assured the vehicle just had not been started and nothing was wrong. I was also told I could bring it back if the issue persisted, after 2 days it did and I corresponded with business. I was advised bring in the vehicle, at which time service was denied which I did take to another dealership to run a diagnostic. After paying out of pocket within ten days of purchase of the vehicle I was my warranty had been upgraded free of charge to cover repairs. I was told to wait 30 days to ensure the claim would be covered and not deemed pre-existing. After several correspondences it seemed as though the dealership was doing the right thing until I dropped my vehicle for repairs January 2015. It turns out the warranty company only covered half the repairs. So I am not out of pocket over $1,000 and the dealership is claiming they are not responsible.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my out of pocket expenses.
