I am rejecting this response because:
none of this is true. I never once said that I was nor have ever been a mechanic or having any knowledge of transmissions. secondly the envoy did break down close to the dealership and they specifically told us that they will not take back the envoy but will pay $700 total for bew used transmission and part of tow. one way you know his side is a complete lie is beacause I ([redacted]) did not go to purchase the vehicle. my wife [redacted] (which the vehicle was/is registered to) and my mother ([redacted]) made the trip because we were assured there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it ran in great shape. so you (Revdex.com) should see that just by him insinuating I was there and supposedly had this conversation with him that he is trying to say whatever possible to not make things right and pay the $700 we were promised. not asking for the whole $1100 it cost us in towing and transmission (full compensation of only parts and getting vehicle home) but only the $700 we agreed on for spending $4000 on a vehicle with bad transmission that they knew was bad and didn't tell us ending up stranding my wife and mother on the side of the road roughly 1800 miles from home.
