we received your letter regarding this complaintfrom our side, we strive to provide
excellent customer service and over years of experince providing professional Electrical technitians, equipmentand parts that our customer's need for the job they want to be perform in their vehicleAs a small business, we get most of our profit from our laborAs any other business, we expect full payment at the time of service for our labor done and the parts that the vehicle requires for professional work doneThe Client that filed this complaint, came into our shop several weeks before this incidentat the time of his visit, he wanted us to fix the stereo and to install it, since he was not successful to do it He cut some primary wires due to lack of knowledge, and damaged the original harness, which we had to replace and we installed the stereo properlyBefore he left our shop, we showed to him that the radio and speakers were working perfectlyHe left the shop happy, and paid for labor and parts that were provided at that visit This last time, he came in saying that the speakers didn't sound good enough and that he wanted us to fix themI started doing my job on the car and then I notice that the antena was damaged, which he kept saying that the antena was in working conditions, but since he tried to install the stereo and failed at it, he tried again to "fix" the antena issue and damaged itSo I was gonna replace some wires and try to fix the mess he created, but before I added any parts needed to fix this issue, I came to the front and explain to him that the vehicle needed some parts and that I was not gonna charge him with a labor fee, but he had to pay for the partsHe refused to pay the amount ($25.00)of the additional parts needed for the job to be perfomedHe specified clearly "I will not give you any more money at all." "I have already paid you an amount last time I was here, and I will not pay you more" You have to fix it, I won't pay you" This client was a walk-in, and I had other appointments to work on, my labor is not free( unless I think it should), neither the parts, or equipment that I have at my shopI do recognize that I got very angry at this customer, since I was already frustrated trying to figure out what he tried to do with the stereo and speakers and problem solving this messSo I did said to him that if he didn't want to pay me, that he should just leave my storeI did curse and I apologize for the wrong choice of words, but nobody works for freeI am happy to serve my customers and treat them with respect as long as they respect me back paying the full amount for the services at the time providedThis customer left the store and kept pointing at me with his finger and saying "you will remember me, you will pay"Auto Gear, LLCreserves the right of not providing any more services to this individual

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The reply is completely inaccurate, I did not cut any wires, wires were disconnected from factory radio. I never stated that I was not going to pay any more money as the person alleges, I stated that when enter into a contract, one should honor that contract in the case involved. When someone has the expertise that the business claims, the work performed should be done to satisfaction. The installer claims that he did not notice the front door speakers, how that can be if he performs several installations every day. The work done in my vehicle is at best mediocre and shoddy, debris was left in the carpet and a panel was left loose.
The language used by the proprietor was so disrespectful "go fk yourself and get the fk out of my store" are hardly appropriate for any business to use. At no time I raised my voice or stated any of the alleged wording that this person claims, in short this person is lying to get out of a very distasteful, shameful and ignorant situation. I wonder how it can do business if the attitude is always the same. My position is that when you enter into a contract, you must honor that contract, plain and simple.
Regards,
