Auto Glass 4 Lowest Price

I have an extended warranty with my washer machine that I purchased last year. I had four time problem with it. I was told if one more time goes bad in the same year then they will replace it. Now that I have problem with and water is not draining, First I was told my Lowes repair dep that they are going to exchange it and waiting for authorization!! I waited 5 days no call once I called they said no we can just repair it! The unit is lemon and should not go bad four time! I paid $700 for it. They are not honoring their replacement policy. Think twice before purchasing appliances from Lowes!
